These worked perfectly I hung lights to them that are above my work bench and wa la sturdy is not the word if you are looking for something that is light it self don't buy these they well built and would make great shelving braces. I attached a light on only one brace and they are going nowhere. Holds the shelves well but visually unobtrusive. Straightforward to install in studs or drywall.

I gave them for stars because I think they should’ve come with white screws. It came with silver screws.

We used these to hold up a shelf with a heavy load. They work well. The metal is very strong. It looks very good.

Have lightweight shelf on top of these and the shelf leans forward with any type of weight. Brackets are secured to the wall properly. As someone else described them, they are springy. Would not trust them to hold significant weight, especially not the 110lbs claimed in the listing.
