Best ketchup ever. Game changer.
I bought this Ketchup at Fresh Market last summer, and served it to my husband on a burger. I probably got the biggest positive reaction from him that I have ever gotten for a new product. And then Fresh Market closed. I was really happy to find it on Amazon. I ordered it right away. Unfortunately, Amazon sent the wrong product. They sent Train's excellent sun-dried ketchup. It's an excellent product that we also use, but it's the Sriracha ketchup we love so much, so I contacted Amazon. Within a day I got the box I assumed would be the Sriracha. Sadly, it was not. It was more sun-dried ketchup. I sent Amazon a review yesterday to tell them they again picked the wrong product. This morning I got a FedEx delivery with a handwritten note from Gina at Trains apologizing for the error and sending a bottle of the treasured house staple Sriracha along with a sun-dried plum BBQ sauce. SUN-DRIED PLUM??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! THAT SOUNDS AMAZING!!The Sriracha ketchup is amazing. Ketchup amazing?? Yes, amazing. On a burger or even a frozen meatball. No joke, it's outstanding. I enjoy spicy, but not burn your face off. This is perfection. So delicious. I never want to be without a bottle. Ever.So everybody needs to buy it so they can broaden distribution to every grocery chain. It should be everywhere. It should be an option wherever ketchup is served.Gina at Trains, thanks for making the order more than right. I can't wait to try the bonus product. And I'm feeling more secure now with our favorite Sriracha ketchup back in the pantry! Yea!

This is not your typical Ketchup
I would not call this brand "Classic" ( e.g., Hunt's or Del Monte ). It is "Gourmet".That being said, it is a great change of pace brand. The sun-dried tomato base is interestingly different. A GREAT substitute for tomato paste; I used it in a shrimp etouffee and an osso buco recipe with wonderful results. If you like the "smoky" flavor of sun-dried tomatoes and not the sweet, bright flavor of other brands, This is for you.Great in the right applications.

Needed onion free
I don’t know how the ketchup tasted. My husband said it was a little spicy but he loves spice anyway. I spent hours on Amazon reading ingredients of all the ketchups they offered. I had my choice narrowed down to this morning and one other. I chose this one for some reason. I was heartbroken when my shipment came in and this ketchup contained onion product. For someone that has a severe allergies it is very difficult to find a nice tasting ketchup. There are other brands that specifically make ketchup without onions but I don’t care for the taste. The two that I do enjoy are both unavailable right now. The two that I have found without onion ingredients are both made in other countries. I am still bewildered why companies in the United States has to put artificial ingredients, natural flavors a.k.a. could be onion juice , and onions and everything they make.

If I had a million dollars, I'd buy this ketchup
We first had this ketchup when on vacation - I spotted it in a store and grabbed it on a whim. We had already been getting the Red Gold Huy Fong Sriracha Ketchup, but the Traina is a-whole-nother level. The intensity of the sun-dried tomato base makes for a ketchup with awesome levels of serious tomato-ness, and the sriracha gives it a great kick. Luckily Traina/Amazon is willing to deliver this to Alaska, because we would be seriously bummed if we couldn't get it.When we opened our first bottle back home, I suddenly thought of the banter in "If I Had A Million Dollars" by the Barenaked Ladies - "But we would eat Kraft dinner. Of course we would, we'd just eat more. And buy really expensive ketchups with it. That's right, all the fanciest ket--Dijon ketchup. Mmmm! Mmmm!" Ever since then, I've thought of this as Million Dollar Dijon Ketchup!

This catsup has made me peculiar.
This is the best catsup I've ever had. It's thick and tangy and just delicious. I swear I've even snuck into the refrigerator and eaten some out of a spoon. Which made me feel like a weirdo cuz who does that? Well, I do. It's that good.

I would buy it again but Heinz is my go to
First off, I’d consider myself a ketchup connoisseur. When I saw this I just had to try it. I was really excited to try. The SPICEY one is a little bit better than original. Both of them are of thin tomato paste consistency. Huge sun dried tomato flavor with a finish of tomato soup flavor. It’s a little too rich for French fries but it takes savory things like hamburgers ambassadors on a trip as an of flavor town.

Love'em both!
I ordered this combo pack after finding out that the owners of the company, Trains, is a family that went to school at the same high school that I attended. I love to be able to support people I know, or at least from where I am from or live/lived. My husband loves both of these bottles. He's very happy that I ordered them. And the shipping on these was phenomenal. I would recommend these.

Amazing and unique taste
I consider myself a high consumer of tomato sauces and ketchup. I use them almost in daily basis in different dishes and snacks. And, since I tried this ketchup, I would say two years ago, this is the only one I am consuming. It is the only ketchup I know made from sun dried tomatoes. I can not describe it with words, but its taste is unique and excellent. Most of the time I bought it in some Publix supermarkets, which is where I discovered it, but in recent months I disappeared from all I visited, and I even wondered if it was no longer produced. Fortunately, I had the idea to check if there was something similar in Amazon, and.... here I am, amazed that I found the same one, and only this one. Now I just want for the manufacturer to continue producing it!
