G TALECO GEAR Vertical Garden Planter, Raised Garden Bed Freestanding Elevated Planter with 4 Container Boxes, Good for Patio Balcony Indoor and Outdoor (SCCT)

The original item arrived damaged; the plant boxes were cracked and unfit for use. However, once I contacted the seller, they arranged for a replacement item to be shipped which arrived in a few days and was fit for purpose.

I returned this item. On unpacking, 3 of the 4 plant boxes were damaged and 2 screws were missing, so I could not complete assembly of the frame. The packaging was not sturdy for the weight of the goods and I suspect this led to damage in transit. The instructions were in poor English and the labelling of the component parts did not match the diagrams. The spanner and Allen key supplied were flimsy and I had to use my own tools and initiative to assemble the frame. The plastic of the plant boxes seemed very brittle and were obviously liable to cracking and splitting.I was disappointed with the quality of the product and did not consider it to be value for money.

First order came missing 2 screws and had 2 damaged containers. The sellers were excellent though and a replacement planter arrived within 2 days of my complaint. Excellent service and the product itself is very easy to manoeuvre and move around the garden. Assembly Instructions a little tricky, but we persevered!

You get what you pay for… very sturdy … ideal for my elderly parents
