I’ve always sought those Seaweed Salads in Japanese restaurants that are so fresh they smell like the sea. With this product I can create that effect at home. Also love this in Asian broth soups.

I bought this to support my low thyroid and the flakes are different sizes because they are different types of seaweed. The taste is great. I have kept them tightly closed in an airtight bag and they have stayed crisp for a couple months so far.

My package had a nice long pull date. The flakes added a bit of saltiness to my meals and mild in flavor. Worked well in my soups, on steamed rice and sprinkled over salad or bean dishes. Easy to add goodness to at least one meal a day. Highly recommended.

Flavor is a bit different, and does not soften as much as normal seaweed

I bought this because I know Kelp and all seaweed products are a great source of iodine and minerals. I chose Icelandic for no other reason than it sounded like it would be healthy. I have tried Irish Moss in the past and it was way too strong but this is a gentle flavor and very palatable. I add it to my home made soups and my cat enjoys it too! I highly recommend it, it feels very pure and easy to digest. Also I hadn't realized it came with such a nice, sturdy wooden spoon. Thank you Holistic Bin! I will definitely be ordering again.

I never tried Dulse from Iceland and now I’m hooked. The product is great . Dissolves really well in my daily smoothies and taste great. It arrived fast and the package was well sealed. I noticed that the product was very fresh which is really important when it comes to Dulse. I read some reviews where people had some mold issues. Thank u guys for making sure the product is fresh and also for the super cute wood measure spoon. I will buy it again

I needed some Dulce for some mushroom broth I was making to can. I read many reviews and settled on this brand. I received it 3/4ths of the way into October and the best by date is November of 2022. So I have a $15.00 bag of Dulce that is supposed to be used within a month. This is the first time I have ever used Dulce in my 76 years and I guess I am supposed to find more recipes quickly. I’m sure it won’t go bad in the next 30 days, but I resent the fact I bought an ingredient that isn’t part of my daily cooking ritual with such a short amount of time to use it or lose it! I am assuming the quality is up to par. It was well sealed in foil packaging with no clumping. I am hoping that expiration date was a fluke occurrence and won’t happen to others. Otherwise I believe it is a good product.
