Quite small and handy
A perfect companion for travel in flights. If you have had back pain and sciatica, you know what I am talking about. The product gives good lumbar support and is comfortable. Can be used on other working chairs too, for example the hotel chairs that are not usually ergonomic. Highly recommended.

Too Soft to offer support
Too soft to offer any support. I had ordered one few months back. That one was good compact and a bit stiff to offer proper support. I lost that one. But this time when I re ordered, I received very soft foam which was useless and didn't offer support. Hence, returned it.

Handy and light
Medium soft, light and compact. Can be used in sitting back support, yoga poses, etc. For slight push. I wish it hand a band to stay in place on the office chair.

Very nice
I use it for lumbar support during side sleeping. It has relieved my backpain, which use to occur due to bad sleeping posture. I highly recommend this pillow.
