You get so much in this kit. The brushes are soft and easy to work the paint with. There is also a palette knife and a sponge that I cut up and use for leaves. I like the size of the tray--bigger than other kits I've seen. 24 paints are nice and creamy and love the colors. The tubes aren't very big but you can figure out what colors you love and buy bigger tubes later. The case has a zipper and individual slots for each brush which I like a lot. It's supposed to be standable but I think I'll have to train it better because mine kept flopping down. The bucket is handy since it has 3 parts and I don't have to waste something from my kitchen now. It even comes with two individually wrapped 8x10 canvases to get you started. There is a label on the back to record particulars about the painting. I'm not exactly sure what I'd use the enclosed glove for.
