ECO-WORTHY 120W Foldable Solar Panel Portable for Emergency Power Backup,Power Station,RV Battery,DC Output for Solar Generator with 20A Controller for SLA/AGM/Lithium Deep Cycle Battery Camping

The unit produced 80 watts in full sun at our 52 degree latitude via the supplied PWM controller to a deep cycle flooded lead acid battery. The battery went from flat (10.5v) to fully charged and then the controller switched to float mode, so protecting the battery from overcharge as stated. 6 battery types are catered for in the controller and most settings can be changed as required. I have no doubt that if I was using a LifeO4 battery the panel would have attained over 100 watts output. I will confirm this in a follow up review since I will get one soon. At 20:30 in overcast skies the panel produced 13 watt output, a good result, to me it seemed quite dark.The supplied lead from the controller to the battery did drop a measure 0.9volts at 5.5A so I changed the lead for 2.00mm twin cable, this only dropped 0.15 volts, so the cable is undersized to my mind.The package is outstanding value and perfect for camping and days out, I am awaiting delivery of the Eco-Worthy 750 Wh solar battery unit, this unit closely matches, I shall do a review of both the units and include the results here as well. Highly recommended.First class responses to my questions prior to sale, showing excellent customer care to me.UPDATEThe 750 Wh "Power Can" arrived and the panel gave the same 80W input. An adaptor is needed to the connector since a Power Pole input for solar the unit can take up to 360W so needs a higher current connector. Work very well together. Again I received excellent customer service, an issue was resolved quickly to my complete satisfaction.

Had to send first one back as it had a error code EO1 that wouldn’t go away, but decided to just get a replacement and glad I did. Took it camping and was able to run my 12v fridge from the battery it continuously charged. Also had our phones charging from it and managed to recharge the lights too with the handy USB points on the controller. Very happy with it and comes in a very handy case. Only fault but doesn’t effect the use is that the legs on the back to stand them up don’t work so had to put something behind them.

Very good although the wiring is updated so the diagrams don’t match - not a problem if you are comfortable with basic electrical wiring but a pain if you are not - power in direct sun was as rated - be aware if you want the USB ports to charge your devices it does need a 12v battery connected - it won’t charge direct from the panel / controller - that could be a problem for some use cases as carrying a 12v battery around is a task in itself.

1) They have changed the product description,2) They have kept the reviews from other products faking them all.3) These panels do not even produce 110 watts what so ever and never will4) This is false and fake advertising by eco worthy and they are low grade rubbish.

What I like about this product is how easy it was to set up straight out of the box, I have bought this to trickle charger my motorhome battery.So before travelling out to the lock up I would give it a go on the bike first, within 25mins in the sun its charger the battery from 0.9v to 12.5 and the bike started on the key 1st time.Would I recommend this solar panel kit yes 100% so far so good.

We bought this as we have a vintage caravan and didn't want to fix a solar panel to the roof.Even on a very cloudy day the panel easily kept the liesure battery up to 100% despite the battery be pretty much knackered and us using a TV, lighting and water pumps at night.Very well made, all stows away neaty. Seriously cannot fault it! Just brilliant value for money. Wish I could give it more stars.

I purchased April 2021 this product to keep my motorhome batteries topped up whilst in storage and it was Ok over the summer but struggled when not in direct sunlight. bearing in mind that this was located inside the front windscreen fully opened out. The controller only gives Voltage or Amps but not watts. I recently purchased a power station to be able to run a 12v fridge via the power station when off grid that burns about 45W. But when I connected the panels it struggled to get over 40Watts. even in the recent UK Heatwave, it has struggled to get to 55 Watts, no where near the stated 120W. Therefore not sufficient to keep the power station charged when using a small fridge.I contacted the manufacturer as There are no warranty details on the item or the website but some of their solar panes had a 2 year warranty. After waiting a couple of weeks for a response, I gave up waiting and re-contacted them. they did eventually respond and I provided the details and a month later still no response. great customer service! I would suggest doing some homework based on your requirements before considering this.

Works very well and easy to use, but the materials not being waterproof is a pain, I would not have purchased if I had known.
