Really sturdy and well made. Came at least a week before expected. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I'm really excited to start branding my work.

I liked.That the seller e mails customers really quickly with a true to product design and asks us to sign it off or adjust it so they can make it exactly how we want it.That the seller e mailed and thanked me for being really quick to approve the design so it could go to production and not hold them up on production and delivery.I LOVE that an extremely sturdy, heavy and well made custom branding iron arrived exactly as designed and before the delivery date.I LOVE that a company is doing bespoke branding irons on Amazon with such knock out customer service at such a reasonable cost.I am extremely happy and the only reason I am not putting my iron up to view is because I do not want the design to be copied as the whole point for me was to have something unique made in order to brand my product.TOP TIP Respond to the company when they send the design for your approval in good time and your brand will arrive very speedily. They are very good, but they need that approval before they will manufacture it for you.EDITHave now used my 2 inch diameter iron and found the blow torch to be far too slow in heating it for me. So I pop it upright on the smallest gas ring and remain there to keep an eye on the wooden handle being safe, I would not leave it heating unattended EVER. Within a couple of minutes on the smallest gas ring, the brand is smoking hot and the wood handle is warm only and HOORAY it delivers a pristine dark and even logo burn on naked birch marine ply. Yet to try on leather, but will update when I do. Very happy customer indeed.

With a bit of trial and error to get the temperature right, I can now get good clean brands on my wooden projects

You have to heat this up with a flame so temperature control is trial and error. I use it on wood so I simply use a test piece to check I have it at the right temperature. After a bit of practice the image comes out ok and looks great. Cant beat this for value if your on a budget.

The seller was very accomodating with multiple messages and small tweaks to the design of one of their standard stamps. After confirmation the brand was created quickly and recieved quickly too. The seller followed up to check the item had been delivered. The brand itself is well made and looks and does exactly what I wanted it too.I would recommend this seller for both custom and simple brands without hesitation

I heat this on the gas hob and it brands wood okay best to practice on off cut first as difficult to judge heat required. It does seem to become a bit loose on the holding shaft when hot and using so you worry that the hot end may drop off. otherwise good.
