Good quality, some time i dont know but the dough get stick on it, but anyway they works great. Easy to cleand and good size.

I just made 4 loaves of bread, used an egg wash then baked. No problem washing off any of the spillover from the wash. Sturdy too.

LOVE the pan; LOVE the enclosed recipe.Be sure to oil the pan. Bread sticks and lifts off the "non-stick" surface, leaving your bread with coat of Silver.The pan is LARGE and fragile. Consider your storage optionsI have no clue what to do with the enclosed canvas cloth.

Product worked great until I turned my baguettes over and saw that the backs of they were silver from the coating on the pan! Do not buy
