For the money it’s good. Cords are a little short, made more for a computer. Made it work for the my 55 inch tv in the living room. No complaints for 44 dollars! Can’t take my 2 kids to McDonald’s for that.

Addendum to below -Today the blue-tooth feature completely failed. Will not connect to anything. So about 4 months of use as expected, then intermitting blue-tooth problems for about 6 months and, now, complete blue-tooth failure._____________Previous review -Makes no difference which device I use (MacBook Air, iPad or Android phone running v11) the Goldwood Bluetooth 2.1 Speaker Sound System has initial difficulty connecting via Bluetooth. Sometimes I have to turn it off and then back on. Sometimes it connects only to then almost immediately disconnects. If it makes the connection and then doesn't drop it within the first minute, it stays connected. So far, that is the only problem which has arisen. Admittedly, it is an annoyance but one I can live with if it doesn't get worse. Fingers crossed.

A lot of trouble not much Bass very cheaply made

It's a good one and I love it.

The sound is not as good as a similar speaker system I have, but being able to play from a USB Playlist is very nice and my primary reason for the purchase. Some slower USB sticks cause hesitation in playback, but better USB stick solves that issue. Bass and treble control is only by a few presets. You do not have control over each, which contributes I think to the lower sound quality because it cannot be 'tuned' for the space/environment. Remote is line-of-site.

Don’t waste your money on this crap.
