I use them almost a year ago without any issue.

I have been using these bands a few days every week since receiving them in May and they're always in my gym bag now. Great buy, they have not visibly deteriorated at all, and I am newly convinced of the flexibility of resistance bands/body-weight workouts over machines and fixed weights.My biggest concern before purchasing this set was whether I would "grow out" of these bands too quickly to make them worth the purchase. I now think this is the best package for people with average functional strength or first-time-band-buyers. The red band is light yet the right tension for my smaller stabilizer muscles (like hip flexors), the purple band is much thicker and tough for my larger muscle groups (like pecs), and the black band is a good middle-ground for any muscle that isn't yet ready for purple. Better yet, I can wrap black+red around a point if I need a little bit less tension than purple (like if I'm lifting my bum for L-Sits) or wrap purple+red if I need a bit more. These 3 bands provide enough options to be a good purchase for someone fairly new to resistance band workouts in general.

We’ve had these a few weeks now. I’m not as advanced with pull ups so these are helping my form tremendously. Our green band did come with an imperfection. The seller looked at my photo and said it was fine. And granted, it probably was since the rest was intact and wasn’t fraying. But my boyfriend is a lot larger than me and a lot harder on our equipment so I preferred a replacement. Seller sent one immediately. We are pleased with the both product and service.

I ordered three different pairs of resistance bands and one of the pairs were cut slightly different widths (about 1/8” different) I emailed customer service and they immediately told me they would send another replacement band out cut the right width. I really appreciate the quick service and I think the Rubberbanditz layered bands are the best bands on the market ! I will always get my bands from Rubberbanditz, I love them !

Bought the Red+Black combo to help me with my pull ups. I am 134 lbs and can do three sets of 8 pull ups unassisted. So far no complaints and I hope these hold up as the bands are relatively expensive. Definitely a great tool since I cancelled my gym membership.

I do a rather fair bit of traveling and these bands help me stay in shape as well as help me stretch out my muscles.++ Durability+ Resistance given+ Construction- Nothing's perfect (hard edges)I use these bands to either warm up or stretch out my muscles when I have access to a gym. When I don't have a gym around, I use them for a body weight/cardio with resistance workout. I've seen people use them to tie kettle bells to barbells, assist with their pull-ups and wrap around their buddies while they do sprints. They are versatile and can hot some stabilizer muscles.The only complaint I have is that the edge of the rubber tends to be hard, but this is more to do with the makeup of the material than 'aging' that rubber tends to get. This is a very minor complaint.

They seem to be really good quality. I’ve used them for a few weeks now with no issues. My only issue is that the description said that they came with a “how to” manual but I was disappointed that there was no printed or electronic version of the how to” manual.

I use them more than a year and the still didnt lose their formImpressive quality but expensive

Only problem is i should have ordered a nother purple one...great product tho

Great quality bands for working out & stretches.

These bands I use all the time for crossfit, stretching and working out. I've had them for nearly a year now and they're still as good as new. They fold easily into my gym bag.
