Nice looking washing machine, easy to use, fairly quiet.Steam function is good and self cleaning.Allows you to select your water type, hard or soft.Very happy so far

Easy to install and set up. It’s quieter than other machines I’ve had in the past and appears to be more effective at washing our whites ( crikey can’t believe I’m saying that on a Friday night 😁). I particularly like the ability to use an app for programming and delay. Drum is big enough to get decent size loads of bedding etc in.

Love this machine and it does duvets with ease - no more fighting to get the load in the machine. Only thing that could be better is a good old fashioned thick manual to go with it instead of the basic small one.

Nice looking machine. Does great wash whatever program I have used so far. Quiet compared to others I have had. Love the automatic detergent/softner option. Relatively easy to use, needs a bit of a read to get there. So many program options once connected to the wifi app. Now that's a bit of downside. Did take quite few attempts to actually connect but got there eventually. This does need a bit of tweaking! The other small complaint is when the door locks it really does clunk, will see how that goes, hopefully not a fault. £12 dearer on Amazon than Argos but it wasn't in stock but free delivery with Prime so evened out really.

The media could not be loaded. After reading the reviews on Amazon I was very nervous about purchasing this washing machine because of the noise level and the complexity it had. However I still decided to gamble and take a risk of purchasing in Amazon Prime sale. I managed to pick this bargain for £450 The machine works perfectly smooth. The Noise level is loud as any other machines if anything I would say it’s less louder. There are Lots of programs to choose from. The only negative thing I found was that none of the timers are exactly precise for example 14 minutes time takes 22 minutes 30 minutes time takes 39 minutes 44 minutes time takes one hour but it meets all the expectation of a large washing machine for large families. The other positive thing about this washing machine is the Spin cycle can be adjusted temperature can be adjusted. The Wi-Fi feature is also good however you need to make sure that you have Wi-Fi which reachability to your washing machine in order to be connected. I have also tested this feature and it is a good convenient to have.I would strongly recommend this washing machine without any hesitation. This is a brilliant purchase from Amazon.

****01/12 update. REvisde to 1 star rating because of service. I have arranged to return this machine. I could not get the touch settings to work and I could not get this connected to the internet. The instruction booklet is totally unhelpful and there is nothing online that I could find to help. Most of all I could not get through to Hoover. I tried on numerous occasions to call them, but was left for well over an hour in a queue before I gave up..... I have a life. I have no idea if I was doing something wrong or if the machine is/was faulty. I decided today to hang on he phone for however long it took. 1 Hour 6 mins and 24 secs to be precise(less than previous calls). They were advised there and then that their service was not acceptable and the machine was being returned.Amazon were fabulous. They have arranged to pick the 'faulty' machine tomorrow and arranged an instant refund. I have purchased a new one..... not Hoover, which will be delivered on Saturday. **** I paid for fitting, not because I couldn't do it myself, but because I thought it would be easier. 2 guys come in fit machine take old one away. However, the drainage hose was woefully short and it could not be fitted. For some crazy reason Hoover think that every machine is right next to the outlet pipes. I had to go and buy an extension hose and fit it myself. To be fair it was not difficult.I cannot get the wifi to work as Bluetooth will not connect. I need the washing machine nearer my router...... not going to happen. I now need to purchase a wifi booster. More expense, but without it connecting, I cannot get advantage of a fully programmable machine.The machine itself is very compact and looks good. Its a bit noisier, on the spin cycle, than I expected, but that's not a big issue for me. The instructions are something else and are not written in any logical fashion. There are a few things I just don't understand but with a bit common sense I've worked it out and it's fairly simple to operate. It seems to wash the clothes well enough so I have no issues with the function of the machine. I actually think that is pretty good.... so far.So in summary if you want a fully WIFI controllable washing machine make sure your WIFI signal is top of the range, or install machine beside the router. If your machine is like mine and has a dishwasher between it and the outlet pipes, get an extension drainage hose in advance of the machine being delivered.Lastly be prepared for Hoover to badger you to take out their £5.32 per month extra cover. I got a call within an hour of me registering my machine. However they do not return the favour by answering their phones if you have a problem.... usual you are in a queue routine...... :(EDIT - My wifi works on 5ghz band. The APP to use wifi on the machine works only on 2.4 ghz band. The HON app has absolutely no support function that I can find. So, beware, check your wifi bandwidth if you want the app to work and be prepared to change it if necessary.

I live with 5 gargantuan teenagers and have now nicknamed this washer, ^The Beast.^ In a tsunami of brilliance, it devoured my washing in less than half the time it took my old washer and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the 1400 spin is still effective even with a full cotton load.The running cost is very efficient because the Beast uses exactly the water and programme time it needs by weighing the washing when it needs to. Very fancy but not just a gimmick - the Beast is saving me money. Boom!I love the choice of programmes, and especially the, ^all in one^ option. I haven't found a YouTube video that takes me through each exact programme, and I don't have a degree in domestic engineering so have yet to figure every single option on my downloaded instruction manual.But once I get to grips with the Cape Canaveral-esque control panel, I'm sure I'll be even more impressed by my washer's capabilities. For example - I have no clue what a steam function might even be for - but I'm pretty sure it doesn't involve vegetables. Similarly, I don't know why I would need to connect it to my wi-fi, unless there is a secret ^Karaoke partner^ option that I don't about know yet - but it's going to be fun finding out...and I usually HATE washing!At first blush, this washing machine seems like it's going to be dependable, good value for money and highly useful- unlike my ex-husband!
