I'm a bread and pastry maker and find this utensil ideal for mixing- especially for crumbles and tart casing

I bought this for pastry. The blades are nice and sturdy and have a pleasing sharp edge. It’s easy to used as some cutters have thin blades which sometimes fight through the crumb. I would recommended.

Took a bit of getting used to but now I find it invaluable for making pastry and biscuits without getting dough under my fingernails. You just have to make sure the fat isn't too cold. Nice and sturdy

What have l missed out of for years.A dough blender it mixed butter and flour with the greatest of ease no more warm butter and flour turning to goo it was simple to use and did the job wonderfully when first using l had to clear the blades the as the dough mixed l had to clear them less till not at all.Goo on get yourself a real treat. It did the job helped rub cold shortening into flour for pastry quick too and a good ergonomic handle if you have arthritis and no washing of food processor after it

Well I am gob smacked never been able to make a decent short crust pastry always turned out like leather not anymore 🙃 didn't expect this little gadget to make any difference how wrong I am .on my first attempt my pastry has turned out better than I could have ever thought possible knowing how heavy handed I think I can be .I'm over the moon no more shop bought pastry for me it's no trouble and easy to use

Very sturdy, it came in a little cloth bag, handle is smooth no chips or dents, very sharp so need to watch little fingers if you have little people "helping" you to cook or bake (watch your own too!)! Handy little bench scraper!

Why have I never got one of these before, I ask myself? It's brilliant and so easy to use. My hands are so sore at times and this makes things so much easier. I would highly recommend.
