Holista Low Glycemic Linguine - 42oz box (3 x 14oz packs per box) - Better For You Healthy Pasta the Whole Family Will Love!

This is one of the best low glycemic pastas I've found so far. The taste and texture are very close to traditional pasta. It worked well cooked and served with sauce over the top, and when used to make lo mein. It doesn't increase my post-meal blood glucose readings much, they stay within my target range.It's very easy to overcook, and when it overcooks it turns out mushy. I time 3 minutes exactly to serve it topped with sauce, and only 2.5 minutes if I'm going to further cook it (stir fried into lo mein or tossed with other ingredients in a skillet).Price is what I expect for a special diet product. But you get several servings per box. A serving is only 2 ounces, that's not much. But added to other ingredients to stretch it out makes it more economical and easier on the blood glucose.I'll keep buying it, it helps me be able to enjoy more pasta dishes while keeping my blood glucose in my target range. I'm not on a keto diet, so ketosis isn't a concern. I go by my glucose meter to see if a new food will work for me.

These are great tasting but they did raise my blood glucose.

Finally found low carb pasta I love and poof it's gone, why? I went to their website and they said it's sold at Sprouts but not in my area. So disappointed, I had it on auto delivery.

Decent flavor good noodles

I will not lie and say that it is EXACTLY the same taste and texture as pasta...it is not. BUT it is SOOOOO close that I don't miss regular pasta anymore...and my husband likes it too and he doesn't have any dietary restrictions. It is easier for me to regulate my blood sugar too. I have introduced it to my neighbor who now orders it too. We both have used the spaghetti and the linguine and love it....I just wish that it came in a variety of other shapes for other dishes....like macaroni or lasagna.

The linguini is terrific. I have tried many low glycemic types and none were good enough to buy again. This will definitely be my go to. I wish they would consider a thin lasagna noodle. Does not spike sugar and tastes like thin pasta.

I bit in this and was so excited I had found a yummy pasta alternative that was low carb. I couldn’t believe how much it tasted like pasta. I was right. Too good to be true. Checked the bag and it had over 40 carbs per serving. :( I must have looked at the sugars instead of the carbs. If you eat carbs and want a healthier pasta option, I thought it was good and quick, just doesn’t fit into my keto diet.

Missed pasta after health demanded a low-carb diet. This is the first low-glycemic, low-carb pasta that has made me happy. No difference in taste and performance with the added bonus of super-fast cooking. Highly recommended.

Excellent low GI pasta. Unfortunately the price has become ridiculous.

We’ve tried so many brands and this is the one cooks quickly , great flavor and texture and it’s healthy , what’s not to love ?

These are delicious! Tastes just like regular pasta to me. They are quick to cook.. about 4-5 minutes and did not affect my diabetic husband’s glucose. The price is a little high but you get three packs in the box and if following the serving size it will last a while. We would probably only use once per week or so. If you have more than two in your household it may not be cost effective. Will definitely buy again.

Finally find a low carb pasta that's eatable and they dissappear with out a trace.What gives can't find it anywhere else either must have gone out of buisness.
