The delivery took a bit longer than usual because it had to go through customs to enter the UK from Italy. However, I was not charged any extra tax. Perhaps that was built into the purchase price. Anyway, they were extremely well packed. There is negligible risk the jars will be broken. Finally, the Bottarga is delicious and is from TUNA, not mullet or another fish. Very happy to recommend this handmade Bottarga.

This Bottarga is really good quality, comes from Sardegna where they do a really good Bottarga takes really little to makes a difference on a dish, expecially good on light pasta dish like: cherry tomatoes, olive oil, basil, anchovies and sparkle Bottarga once is plated.
