Beautiful addition to the tv stand. Warms the room nicely as well. Super quick shipping. Originally said delivery was 1st week of Dec. Actually arrived in 3 days. I placed the order and an hr later received an email that it shipped. Also super easy to install - took longer to get it out of the box LOL

built this stand and mounted the electric fireplace; very pleased so far. it's cheezy looking but the price isn't bad at all. been using for a couple weeks so far (mostly just lights, occasional low heat), just hope it lasts!PROS: this little unit puts out great heat. very easy to install. like that the remote includes all functions (heat, light, timer, temp control, light brightness). the lights are very pretty, especially after it gets dark. appreciate that it takes little power on the low setting, no worries about tripping the outlet. really like that it has a thermostat.CONS: wish the remote had labels for the buttons. wish the remote was bigger, it's really tiny. i built the cabinet not knowing there was a flange on either side of the unit, the measurements should include the flange. the flange is flush with the front of the unit - should have been recessed a bit to allow for some molding to cover it. the cord is a little on the short side, barely reaches the outlet. description should list which side the cord is on.nowhere could i find how much airflow the unit required. after reading a bit about electric inserts, i'll need to remove the cabinet back, cut a hole and install a vent to allow for airflow. annoying...a little awkward to set the timer. it starts at 30 minutes, and each button press will take up all the way up to 9 hours. you can't go backwards; if you miss the time you want, you have to start over at 30 minutes.overall, i'm pleased with the install. puts out really good heat, the lights are pretty, the remote works fine, timer function and thermostat works nicely, and the price is right.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the size 22 which I think is labeled 22.5,This is my 3rd insert I have bought within the last 2 months!!! The first two (from different companies) I bought had completely different measurements then what their descriptions said, and one of them had a crack in the faux wood. I was really hoping this one would work and it did!!! Very pleased. The fire looks so nice at night, the the heat is enough to heat up my entire living area without having heat on in the house. The adjustment of the flame does not have a huge difference but you can tell it gets a little smaller if that’s the setting you like, but the heat is fantastic.The only other add I have is that this company starts with a T, and the box they sent was not that brand, it was the brand Costway instead, but I really don’t care since it actually is 100% everything I needed out of it.

Reall bright LED colors flames 🔥. Can't go wrong with that. Heat output really warm up out living room. Remote control wise is alright press twice or be closed to the unit in order for it work.... big difference when we change out the old unit with this new one. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

The unit does not put out much heat unless you are less than 12" away from. Very low quality. I submitted for a return and they want me to pay return shipping.Update: The seller contacted me and agreed to pay the return shipping. Two days later, I received a FedEx paid return label. I the item has been returned and I am waiting for my return.

This little fireplace surpassed my expectations by far. Great price, lot of heat and very pretty. Comparable to another fireplace we have that was four times the price.

Love the little fireplace. Nice fire flames and put out a lot of heat in our rv. Really like the high/ low flame.

The media could not be loaded. I needed a smaller insert to fit into an old coal surround. I was worried about the flame looking fake but WOW I’ve had compliments on my “gas” fireplace. It looks that real. The heater works great - we have 20 foot ceilings and it still warms the room nicely. If you’re on the fence, just get it, you won’t be disappointed.

This little furnace is nice and quiet and warms up our little make shift Rec room in only minutes.

The media could not be loaded. We bought this fireplace insert to replace one by another brand that conked out on us so that we could keep the Tv stand, as it is part of a 3pc wall set. We didn't want to get rid of the stand, so we measured the area for the fireplace and found an insert that fit pretty well. This one is just a touch smaller than the old one in height, width and length, but we believe that will provide better airflow around the unit and hopefully make it last a long time. We currently have it on the red/blue flame setting, but you can also choose just blue or just red flame settings. The brightness can be adjusted on the flames by 4 levels. And you can use the flames setting without the heater if you want, which is what we are doing today, as its not super cold out. The remote is great, you can control the settings from your favorite couch or chair. My only suggestion is that the fan that runs to help blow the heat out of the unit could be a touch more powerful, as if you are a long ways from it, you don't necessarily feel the extra heat its putting out. But that is my only complaint, other than that, it is a great unit.
