I purchased this after I heard a friend raving about the "clay pack" products and I can tell you now - its great. I've used this product for hot and cold applications and it works flawlessly. I've reheated it in the microwave dozens of times and let is sit in my freezer when its not needed. This has received many thermal cycles without any degradation and the heat / cold lasts just barely long enough for 20 minute applications.The pack has recommendations for reheating and cooling right on the side and is greatly appreciated. Its nice and large to wrap all the way around my knee and shoulder for full coverage. The only slightly awkward thing about this: sometimes the size can make it difficult to use. If it was enough of an issue, I'd get a smaller one, but it really isn't that bad. I just need to learn how to set it up better. The cover with the velcro straps is helpful as well - no issues with that yet either.Overall, really awesome product and I'm beyond satisfied with my purchase here. Will buy another one if I need it.

I am on my second one. First bought one two years ago when I had back surgery and I am just now ordering another because my other one broke after many many uses. The clay just feels better on the skin. Cold last along time and it’s big. This is THE ice pack to get!

These clay packs are great!!!! I recently had back surgery & needed to "ice" my back. I was sent home from the hospital with the blue packs they give out, not effective. I had small clay packs @ home which worked SO musch better so I searched for larger ones. These fit the bill beautifully. I order 2 & then got 2 more so I have a rotation. I cannot begin to tell you how much relief they've given me!!!

Works really well! Also malleable and fits to my neck to hit the spots I really need it. Only problem I found is that the cold doesn't last too long. I solved the problem by buying another one and using them together. I like them a lot.

This is a big ice pack, it stays cold for at least 20 minutes and it molds perfectly to the body. No regrets, worth the money.

Mostly loved this product while it lasted.Got this clay pack 9 months ago but it began leaking (like the clay leaked) out yesterday. The clay smells horrid.While it worked, it was a great size and the case is excellent. It was a little thin though. It should have a little more clay in it. Usually clay packs stay colder longer than gel, but because it was so thin, it didn’t stay that cold for very long.

With it being so big you can actually get the whole area where you need it covered.

I just love this ice pack. I had back surgery and it covers the entire area!
