Great product for Exercising
I wore out my first resistance tube, but it was good for about three years. I like the quality of Theraband products.

Superior Design when compared to similar Products - Well Constructed - Good Instructions
Many products of this kind come with cheap rubber cushions that do not stay in place against your legs when doing exercises. Constant adjustment is required, interrupting flow of exercises. The TheraBand product comes with Velcro straps that are adjustable and encircle the legs to provide uniform protection. There is no slipping of the tube and no adjustment needed when switching between resistance exercises. The pamphlet that comes with the product provides instructions on almost every exercise that takes advantage of the band. Great product.

Therabrand resistance tubes work great.
This resistance tubes for physical therapy is the brand that my physical therapist uses and it works great. I find it definitely helps me.

Much better than resistance bands
I used these bands at physical therapy and I wanted to buy my own set. Unlike bands, they don't roll up but stay in place and are very comfortable.

Great Therabands for PT
Got these per the instruction of my PT. They are the same bands used at PT and they are awesome, and haven't snapped or cracked. Great investment for PT at home or to help keep fit.

Prevents friction
We have these in our clinic and the cuffs work well to prevent friction as compared to a tied band, particularly on someone with fragile skin. I don't know if they wear out quickly or we just use them so much but we have to replace them about 3 or 4x a year but I also work in a very busy PT clinic.
