Didn't do Jack. So I took it for a week and I still was backed up and couldn't go. What did make me go was prunes. Prunes are full of sugar and what not, yes, but it worked and made me go. This was easy to swallow, it didn't do any harm, but it was a waste of money. I wouldn't buy or maybe I had a severe case and it needed something with more humph to it. This was not it. I was freaking out b/c I usually go every day or once every other day, but never for this long. So, just had to go the natural route in eating prunes. This I will not recommend as it didn't do anything for me, for others, it may do the trick. I gave three stars b/c it may work for others, just did nothing for me.

I am extremely disappointed in these. They have not helped me at all and I took the higher dose possible, two a day for two weeks now. I have IBS on the VERY constipated end. So these may be helpful to people who just "sometimes" need some relief or would like to go a little better than they already do ... but in my case I rarely go without aid from something and these would not work for me. A wasted $20+. I had high hopes because there were really good reviews that I read. If you are on the super constipated end as I am, I really don't feel these would benefit you.

This is the first product that I can take without any and I do mean any side effects. I am allergic to everything. When you receive this product it will work. Just follow the instructions. I can report that I had regularity the first day. If you are constipated it really isn't going to change the hardness of your stool but you won't feel any pain or stress. It coats the inside of you with a vegetable wax so it does just like the name says makes it easy for you to go. I hope they never stop making this product because this has cleared up my hemorrhoids. I HIGHLY recommend this product and I really am too busy to rate other stuff. For me to take the time out to write this means this is the gods honest truth. Beyond a 5 star rating. Get it.

This stuff works about half the time for me. I've gone through about half the bottle with inconsistent results. I decided to tackle my digestive issues with diet instead and that seems to work better. Probably wouldn't buy again.

Doesn't do a thing. :( This is total crap - no pun intended! It's such a shame because they do this huge ad campaign to convince people this is the answer, but it just gives false hopes. Sad for sure because no accountability anywhere anymore. People can make a video and say whatever they want and it's acceptable. Those who are suffering with chronic constipation and who have tried numerous items are the ones who need something that works. Twenty five dollars may not be much to some but on a fixed income it is a lot of money. No contact info to talk to anyone, no phone or email. Sure they say Amazon refunds, but why go through all that. Save your money.... junk.

It really didn't work so good for me or for two other people I bought it for. Some of us got sick and for me it worked but not all the time.

It does seem to help get bowels moving; but it causes me a lot of stomach discomfort. Also felt very tired the entire time I took this product; like not absorbing the nutrients out of my food. Only took this for a week and I only at 1 capsule per day with my first meal not the 2 as prescribed.

I purchased this item a few months ago as I needed relief as for some reason my usual regimen was not working. I had to stop taking this product after one week as it made everything ten times more binding and much worse than ever. I am now getting back to regularity using a product from Swanson's Health. All persons have different diets and habits, but at least in my case, I regret "Go Easy" only made my situation much worse.
