It stopped working after only 9 mths.
I loved the sized of this heathing pad for my back pain. But it broke.

Product is same as advertised
Heating temperatures are good. Product is exactly as advertised. It is light weight and it will move out of place easily. Overall I like it.

Stopped working for my husband all of a sudden last night, 3/13/21
We are very disappointed that this heating pad, which is so nice, failed us so soon after purchasing it. My husband needs it after having surgery and losing 40 pounds. He gets cold and this pad, being nice and long with adjustable heat setting and automatic shut off. This was such a comfort.

Not as described
It is shown as dry and moist and size is 12x24. The directions say do not use wet and never mentions moist, and size is 18x30.

Nice heating pad, not too hot.
Overall, this heating pad is a bit too large. If it were smaller I would have given it 5 stars.
