Tasty and super easy if you have a scone pan
The recipe couldn't be simpler. You add water and mix with a fork -- but this isn't "beat it like crazy with a fork"; it's stir it around a little bit and holy cow it's dough. And if you have a scone pan, there's no greasing or lining with parchment paper. Just plop the dough in there in (relatively) even wedges, and bake. Result: Tasty, tasty scones.I had been thrown by the baking directions because they say 14-16 minutes for 12 scones, but a scone pan makes 8 scones. They'll be bigger and need to bake longer, but I couldn't find anyone who said how long to bake them in a scone pan. The question answers itself. At about 14 minutes, they're very light, with only a few dots of baked brown. At 16 minutes, a bit more brown; and somewhere between 18 and 20, they look perfectly baked and ready to eat. I did a toothpick test, but, really, you can eyeball these for the appropriate level of doneness.Raspberry ones made my kitchen smell like ... baking and raspberries. I don't see really big raspberry pieces in there, but wasn't expecting, y'know, fruit. They smell and taste good -- better than you'd expect from a "just add water" mix.

Awesome!!!
As the headline states, AWESOME!!! if you like scones and just so happen my wife and I both love them. I do add a twist depending on which flavor I use. When doing the blueberry I add some dried cranberries and some pure orange exract and of course make my own icing. Very good.

It was 2 months past the expiry date when I received it.
It's actually a great scone mix but I paid $15 (very overpriced) because I couldn't find this brand elsewhere and when I went to make it I read the package and saw that it was 2 months past the expiry and there was a no return policy. Money in the garbage.

Hard to find the raspberry and strawberry in the store
I love these things...SO easy to make, just add water and drop on a cookie sheet. I've even made these in one big round disc, baked it then cut it into slices. All the flavors re delicious....A bit on the pricey side but I don't have to worry about seeing something I can't pronounce in the ingredients...Just wish it was organic...

Easy to make
These are very easy to make but the blackberry one had a weird tangy/ burning taste. Tasted toxic. The strawberry one was fine!

Just add water and voila! ready for tea in minutes
Ok, the name is correct. You do get to get your fingers all sticky. But, then your dough is ready to bake. I added some raspberries of my own - super easy.Your tea party will be a smash!

Good stuff
This is the best scone mix I have ever used, and I have used a lot of mixes. One of the easiest also. Get a scone pan, worth every penny.
