Not sure, best thing I can suggest is go to dormans website. Put vehicle info and search for the part and then order it from Amazon way cheaper then other websites. The quality is great, mine has been on my silverado for 6years now and no issues what so ever. Hope this helps..

Q: Is there a clamp that will fit the right side rear of the exhuast manifold?

In my experience, usually the clamp will fit the opposite diagonal sides of the heads, ie...the left front will also fit the right rear.

Q: Will this work on my 2012 3500hd?

Not sure, since your truck is a 3500hd best thing I can say is go to www.dormanproducts.com. click on top right corner where it says hardware search, enter vehicle Info. Click on Select product type and a list of parts will come up and you will see all the parts for your vehicle. Choose what your looking for and then it will have a picture and part number.
