I purchased 2 of these units and they are utterly rubbish. Been using them for a couple of months now before writing reviews as I was sceptical in the first place buying them. All they do is get hot. They heat nothing around them no furniture nothing I should of saved my money and brought oil rads.

Bought the other day, remote didn't work but after super speedy response from a very helpful seller i now have a new remote on the way.Cant knock the customer service as they have been very helpful so far.As soon as the new remote arrives i will give a full honest review

This panel definitely does not live up to the promises of infrared heating. It does not heat surfaces unless its less than a meter away. This is supposed to be the primary advantage of this tech, so this failure makes it less effective than a regular heater, mainly because the regular heater radiates in all directions, but the panel only heats in one direction. So, unless it heats other surfaces as promised, it stands alone. It does reach further than a regular radiator at the same wattage, but the narrow focus means you will need several of them, so the cost will add up.I would say the advantage here is its light weight, so it has more mounting options than a regular heater. I will try different brands because its likely that this is just a cheap knock off. The brands here on Amazon all seem to be from the same manufacturer, so finding a genuinely different brand might be difficult. But this tech look promising, so I'll give it another try.
