This book outlines necessary qualities and skills for current and developing leaders. A must read!

The content of this book is outstanding! Each of the 21 laws are outlined and defined with exacting precision through a format of a textbook to be used throughout (my personal) life and career. I intend to study, meditate on, and apply these principles regularly. That said: the first copy I read was the 2007 hardcover version, which I truly loved. This 2013 paperback copy is much less appealing. It is a terrible print. The paper is of low quality and the pages are thin, the words of the previous page are visible through next page. If you prefer to highlight text then these thin pages would cause significant frustration. Ultimately I gave this copy away, and reordered the hardcover version that I originally fell in love with. I highly recommend the 2007 hardcover version.

Love this book! I am a leader in my company and in my church. I was looking for a book that would help me or at least guide me to sharpen my skills. This book hit the nail on the head. It has really helped me to think better and see things from different angles.

This book has been a blessing down through the years. Our Church needed a change so we recommend this book. Things we couldn’t say to leadership based on the operations of the church this book said it and more. Great book

One of the best books I have bought and will always keep it close. Everyone in management should have to read this

The paper is so thin that you can see through to the letters on the other side, which makes it hard to read. It’s also rife with spelling, grammatical, punctuation and typographical errors, which makes it hard to follow. I can’t tell if the actual content is any good or not, but I would suggest looking at this one in a library or bookstore rather than buying sight unseen. The one I got is absolutely terrible quality.

This book given me priceless nuggets of wisdom as a leader in how to serve others and develop leaders within my organization.

Just buy the main book this is too short and its a waste of money. The main book is much better

First 2 chapters are not good, but the laws starting from 3rd chapter are really good. Plz don't quit reading it by seeing first two chapters.It's a must read for the people looking forward to learning basics of leadership skills.

This is the most well written book on leadership. John Maxwell book is such a Dwight that I read it within 2 days despite have 2 small kids at home.

John C maxwell is one of the most admired leadership coaches in the world . Have loved the concept leadership lid and have implemented the same in my organisation
