Really protective and sturdy. Has withstood several knocks and scrapes with no negative impacts to the handset contained.

Simple and strong, not bulky at all

I purchased both the Symmetry as well as the Commuter case in order to compare the two head-on. In the end, I sent the Commuter back. The Symmetry is just that much sleeker, and comparatively offers the exact same level of drop protection. The Symmetry won because:1. its and all in one unit2. the unit appears more seamless3. the Commuter is actually two separable pieces that combine to make the one sturdy case. A rubber inner and a hard outer shell. And while the Commuter offers more protection (has a flip-down/up piece that fully protects the lightening charging port - speakers are still exposed), it didn't feel as comfortable as the Symmetry. And as for that rubber inner, well, I could tell that over time, with taking the case off and on, it would become more and more flimsy, same with the charging port cover.4. the back of the Commuter has a hard suggestive military look to its design, and too many indentations, whereby the Symmetry was just flat and smooth from top to bottom.NB: I'm a tall man with big hands

The colour drew me to this model. It’s really nice yet also discreet. The back side is rough so slightly easier to grip but I find it not as pleasant as Speck cases unfortunately.Definitely an outdoorsy case, with a good but not amazing screen bezel. Seems stiff enough that it will stay on in the event of a drop. Has been a few times where I’ve put the case on and the corner isn’t quite on properly so so be careful if you like to chop and change your cases.A solid buy.

Feels comfortable easy to attach without looking too big

I have had this phone case close to 3 years, it has seen my iPhone 12 Pro through a work life where I use it to record data all day every day, multiple butt clenching drops. It has now definitely seen better days but my iPhone has remained immaculate. I will say that it could do with being more grippy as it has slipped out of my hands a few times and slips on surfaces. I will definitely look to replace it with the most up to date version for when my iPhone 15 pro arrives.

Looks good, fits perfectly, lasts a long time.

Note: had to put case on an old phone in order to be able to take pics of the case in a phone (so issue could be clearly seen).Review: Pretty case & fit perfectly my iPhone 12. However does turn a little orangey like others have said, though I wasn’t too fussed about this. My main issue is that after only 1 year the case has already deformed, unsticking on the volume side. Really unattractive & embarassing tbf. Not what I’d expect for the cost & don’t know how to contact seller (Amazon) to complain.

It was hard to put on at first but it makes the color stand out. Amazing. I always trusted otterbox products.
