efficient and easy to manoeuvre
The only thing I dont like is that the icons on the front are very small and hard to see, had to get my glasses out! It's efficient, I have a small flat, you wouldn't want it in a larger room though I think. Very easy to wheel around. I find it quiet, though I wouldn't use it in my bedroom overnight! Good value, recommended by Which.

For me, best buy of the year.
I've never really known the benefits of a dehumidifier before, nor have I really looked into it in enough detail before. Well that was me two weeks ago, and now I feel like I've done my deep dive on dehumidifiers and I've become some kind of salesman to my family about how bloomin good they are.Cutting a long story short, I did my research and EcoAir DC12 was *the* product to get. I don't have a tumble dryer, and I never put the heating on, so clothes will eventually dry through the course of two days worth of cold air ventilation. But now I have this beautiful product, and after an overnight run on "laundry mode" my clothes are practically dry through affordable means, and my dehumidifer has about 750ml of water for me to dispose back into the plants in my house. My clothes still smell great, and I don't suffer from any humidity issues.Along with drying clothes, the dehumidifier has been an essential item used routinely to help humidity flow within my property. I used to suffer from wet windows in the morning - I've since setup a schedule on my dehumidifer to turn on early morning and prevent that from (mostly) happening. I'm still learning how to operate it best, I just can't believe it's taken me so long to realise how worthwhile a proper unit is.It's quiet, it's sleek, it operates through a handy touch panel, honestly I'm blown away. Blown away. The best purchase I've made this year bar none. Really, really happy with it.

Very pleased with the performance of this product
I have been using this around the house for a couple of weeks now and I'm really impressed. I've used it to lower the humidity levels in the house in general and it has done an excellent job (I'm able to monitor temperature and humidity with tapo sensors and our central heating controllers and can see the impact it's having). When I first started using it, it would extract a full tank over one night or throughout the daytime. Now that we've got that initial moisture out of the house it tends to extract a litre or two, depending on conditions outside, what we've been cooking, whether the bath has been used etc.I've also used it for drying out clothes and other things and it is astonishingly effective! We washed our dog bed and managed to dry it in just a couple of hours, which really surprised me!The only slight downside, and this applies to dehumidifiers in general rather than just this one, is the noise. It's just a little too loud to use in a bedroom overnight. Think of a small fridge with a small fan running at the same time. I'm sure a lot of people could sleep with it, but I can't! Still, it does an incredible job when I switch it on in the bedroom in the morning, so I can't really complain!

Dehumidifier
Brilliant dehumidifier, small but powerful. The instructions book is a bit unclear, but it’s easy enough to work out.Looking to buy a second one.

Easy to use and store
Not as heavy as I thought it would be. There were no issues using it or moving it around. Changing the water tank was very easy. I have not as yet tried to clean up the filter. My only slight diapoointment is that it did no dry up the clotes as fast as I thought it would. But still the clothes dried up faster when having windows closed in my small flat in winter. But maybe this is the nornal since it is the first time I have a dehumidifier.Overall I beleive it is a very good product

Only ok - lots of small issues make it far from perfect
I had a previous eco air dehumidifier model which was great value and lasted nearly ten years. So when the old one died I chose to go with eco air again. First the positives - it is very efficient, in my 25m2 bedroom it dropped the humidity by 20% in an hour, great stuff. And it’s very quiet even on laundry mode. It’s also very small and lightweight. However there’s design flaws. There’s no handles (except for a useless grip on the side) meaning you have to move it everywhere on castors, but is tiny, it’d be much easier to just pick it up. The water tank has no handle either or lid, and the water fills right to the top so emptying is tricky, it always spills some water on the floor so be wary if you have carpet. The control panel is also very complex! There’s loads of buttons that I have no idea what they do, and honestly I shouldn’t need to consult a user guide for something this simple. Why do I need fan mode without it dehumidifying? Bizarre. And finally - worst of all, this is a machine that hassles you with beeps! Personal pref maybe but I hate machines that beep at me too much - this bad boy beeps for 30 seconds when the water tank is full. Insane! It little sounds like a mini car alarm, who needs that! Just turn off when you’re full and I’ll get to you later, *honestly*.
