We are really happy with the product! It is very easy to install (took me about 10 minutes) Unlike many items we have ordered online, this comes with easy to ready and clear instructions and quality parts, metal hoses and solid connectors. The product itself is very effective. Having used bidet's before, we already had an understanding of its performance and this was just as effective as the high end "name brand" products at a fraction of the price. Thank you and we will be ordering 2 more for our parents!

Ordered 2 of these bidets after careful consideration of all that are available. Unfortunately, The plumbing accessories that came with the bidet were not compatible with my plumbing hook-ups. I went to Lowes first then to a plumbing supply store. Nothing available.

Nozzle started to drip after one week now i have order another one … spend money again and waste 30 mins of my life for installation .. this is very inconvenient
