Loved the product, appalling service from Amazon
Lovely card, cute, high quality. Amazon's delivery though, rescheduled from 13:15 to 17:15, not arrived by 17:30 ( Anniversary card...!!!!!!) spent 55 minutes on Amazon's chat where it went from " With you by 21:00" to " Driver is within 1.5 miles" to " With you by 22:00 and that's all we promised to do on "next day" The was asked for a phone number for them to call me when it was delivered ( I'd know when it was delivered , I would be there waiting) Instead of coming to rear door as they normally do ( as per instructions) driver sneaked up drive and shoved it through letterbox , I coudn't even see a van , I think he was too scared to come to the door. Pity, I would have liked to leave a better review, but the sale is a sum of the item and the delivery.
