GAROFALOGluten Free Spaghetti - 12 oz (4 Pack)

These gluten-free noodles cook up and taste just like regular pasta, I love this brand for exactly that reason everything I’ve ever had from them taste amazing. I have chosen to go more gluten-free because it just makes me feel better. My stomach used to get bloated and upset every time I had pasta so this is a perfect alternative so I can have pasta with my family and I have to cook something else. I also didn’t tell anybody in our household that I was cooking with gluten-free noodles because apparently that makes it taste weird, no one noticed a difference and actually asked for seconds and ate leftovers the next day. I will continue to order these from here on out and highly recommend them.

Excellent gluten free noodles. Great combination of ingredients. Nice texture. They don’t fall apart or get mushy. Love all the varieties.

This is not the cheapest pasta available but we did a GF pasta taste test for a relative with celiac and he thought this definitely won. Some of the GF products just don’t taste that good and /or they have that “fall apart” texture. Since having celiac or needing to go gluten free is such a drag I think it’s worth buying a pasta that tastes pretty good.

The product itself is excellent, but the seller is marking this up way too high. You can buy online at other sites for half the price (e.g. supermarketitaly).

Garofalo Gluten Free pasta has been my go-to GF pasta over any other brand. I have served it to people who didn't even know it was gluten free, it was that good. For whatever reason, Garofalo has now switched from white rice to brown rice in it's blend, noticable by darker color of pasta and comparing an old package to new (ingredients list). Cooking time is now upwards of 12 minutes (depending on which pasta style you are cooking) compared to 8 minutes with original GF pasta ingredients. Brown rice GF pasta blends are different and tend to get mushy (noticable when strained) and taste like crap. Garofalo is borderline in this area now. Handsdown, Garofalo had a really great product before this change, now I would consider it slightly better than rest. I should also note that they have reduced the weight of pasta packages to 12 oz., down from 16oz. The old saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" certainly applies here. Why Garofalo, why???
