Great quality with all that I look for in a product: non gmo, grown in the US, supports a family farm, minimal processing, reasonably priced. These lentils are clean and cook quickly and are a great quality protein.

We keep these on hand for quick soup on cold days. I love them! Makes excellent split pea soup and sometimes we also mix them all together with some veggies for a hearty blend. Flavor is just fantastic and we've never had a issue with debris or anything in the bags.

When I opened the box two of the lentil bags were split open and I had them all over in the box. It defeated my purpose of layering them in a quart jar for storage. I was using the black, golden, red, peas and brown lentils for soups and gifts.

First time trying beluga lentils and they are amazing! I love how they keep their shape so they are great in salads. They were clean with no stones. The golden and red are also wonderful in soups, good way to add some extra protein and thicken up soups. While it might seem like a lot of money for lentils, you are getting a LOT of lentils. The great thing is they last forever in your pantry and don't take up as much space (compared to canned beans).

These cook and present well in all of the recipes I've used so far.Packaging was very good. Product arrived intact and within a few days after order was placed.

I first got a package of the red lentils. Love them. Then I saw this variety pack. Have made them all, as regular lentils and in soups. Superb.

Bags came ripped and lentils were dumped into the package. I believe this is a health hazard. Hoping the company makes this right.
