I bought this chair because it is rated for over 300 pound person. I am 5 8.5 250 pounds. This chair sucksThis chair is hard and uncomfortable. The padding offers no relief at all. Additionally, the attached pillows create more of a lumbar support problem.A MIT engineer put it together. It was easy with pop in pieces. SO we know the wobblyness is not his fault.This chair hurt my back after trying to work in it a few hours.DO NOT BUY THIS. It is truly not as described.

This is a horrible chair.It's not comfortable.It looks cheap.It feels cheap.The first time I ordered one, it came missing essential parts.The replacement they sent me was also missing the same parts.Finally, the company sent me the parts and I was able to assemble a completed chair which was rickety and lopsided. The problem was not related to assembly as the piston on which the chair rests was not sturdy or snug in the seat mount, which caused it to jiggle side to side as I sat in it.I was able to confirm this to be design related because I now had 2 complete chairs worth of parts and both suffered the same critical design flaw.

There’s no way to access the screw inside the bottom of the arms that are already on there this is not a fix when the parts sent can’t be used.

Good comfortable chair, wish the directions were a bit more clear but it didn't take much to figure it out. Lumbar pillow is nice and the neck one is ok have to reposition them often but its not a chore. Haven't used the footrest much but I have it slightly leaned back which is better than straight up

Need a refund!!! Very weak. Already broke. Waste of over 100 dollars of my hard earned money. Sturdiness gets zero stars. Not what am I supposed to do? My son has no gaming chair now. Was a christmas present. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Son almost got really hurt when this broke.

Pretty nice chair for what I spent on it. Seems rather durable. Unfortunately one of my arms came with a broken release lever, but oh well I don't use them very often enough to care, I can still raise and lower them just with a slight inconvenience of reaching into the arm. Feels nice elsewise. For some reason I ordered a non foot rest one and it came with one anyways so I guess that's a plus? Either way, good chair and does what is needed for me.

After having used this chair for almost 8 months, it is falling apart. the issues are many to include:1. the BIGGEST issue is that if I lean slightly left the seat wants to fall off the pedestal and has almost thrown me on the floor.2. initially the arms would raise and lower to the same positions, but now they do not. the right one has a very limited range and will not go as low or as high as the left.3. the left armrest has a tear in the covering on the inside edge4. the seat padding has disappeared in that time and I am not that large at 210lbs.

I really liked this chair for the first few months, but now the height randomly drops down while I'm sitting in it. I'll stand up and readjust back to the max height, but it starts to drop down again. The only way to stop it is to leave it at the lowest setting, but then it's way too low for me to use. I've also had to add cushions to the arm rests because they're not comfortable at all.

J'avais donné 5 étoiles mais je fais un UPDATE sur mon commentaire.Dans un premier temps, la chaise est arrivée endommagée. J'ai contacté le vendeur qui devait me faire parvenir un pièce neuve pour remplacer la partie endommagée. À ce jour, je n'ai toujours pas reçu la pièce de remplacement. De plus, après quelques heures sans s'assoir dessus, lorsque je me rassois le cylindre descends par lui-même. Je ne pèse pas 300 lbs :-( Je dois refaire l'ajustement à chaque fois. Elle fait beaucoup de bruit dès que je bouge.Pour le prix, je suis très déçue, je m'attendais à une meilleure qualité.

I was so excited to get this chair, and was completely disappointed. It was so wobblily that I felt like I was sitting on a kids wiggle stool. It felt far less stable then the 230LB limit chair I was replacing, and in my opinion, the seat was not wide enough for a 300LB + person. On the plus side, it was easy to assemble, and I did like the arms on it. The fabric was about what you'd expect for the price. I think a lighter, slimmer person than myself could possibly be quite happy with it, but as for me, I'm going back to my Livingroom to disassemble and return it.

La chaise est pas solide, elle penche vers l'avant et on doit se tenir avec les pied pour rester sur la chaise. En moins de 24h, le bouton pour ajuster le bras à brisé. Sauver vous de l'argent et n'acheter pas cette chaise. Je l'ai retourné pour ma part.

Easy to assemble and my daughter absolutely loves it. It’s big enough to support an adult but without being super bulky. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a well priced gaming chair.
