This unit is great and perfect for modifying.It was pretty easy to build up but an extra person would have been beneficial.I'm in the process of modding at the moment and still to tidy up cabling and finish off. I have a SFF Desktop inside running Batocera, 3d printed handles in blue and red for each player, blue and pink sparkly tape (they didn't have red) that I found in a pound shop and going to put a shelf in the gap under the controls for a keyboard, mouse and extra controller to sit.Had originally planned to fit a Raspberry Pi 4 but found a decent used PC for the same price as the Pi 4. There is enough space inside to fit a small desktop. Overall it is great for modifying.The only downside is the price but in the current climate is unavoidable and since I bought mine the price has gone up. These go for $150 in USA, less than £150. Yet £300 upwards in UK, more than double. How much does shipping cost? Import Tax?Anyway... If you can get one cheap then go for it.

Easily the best 2d fighter and still holds up well.The unit itself is essentially an mdf cabinet with screen and arcade controls. Perfectly fine as it is but also could be upgraded and modified to fit your needs. For the price paid I was delighted to get the arcade at home experience

I have two of these now... So the kit arrived flat packed and was easy to put together - no electronics knowledge required to put it all together. The cab isn't as rugged as the old arcade cabs, by a long way. However, these are a lot cheaper. I picked my two cabs up at £200 and £210 (which is the price point I'd put these at). Three games simply isn't enough for any kind of longevity. One has been modded with Sanwa joysticks and a full PC and amp internal upgrade including a Hyperspin software system. It allows me to play the games I loved as a kid, and still do now. The original joysticks and buttons are cheap and not 'accurate' in use. I would in all honesty recommend not getting one of these but getting one of the Legacy cabs (but these have just gone up in price :( ) to have a wider range of games (that is more of them) and the marquee that lights up for the extra nostalgia even though the play desk is not as well thought out. I had the PC to use for the upgrade of mine so the cost to finish it with Sanwa sticks and illuminated buttons was about £330 (which is much less than the retail cost of them). If you really must have one of these try to wait until the price drops.

So Arcade1up have hit the nail on the head in terms of the home need owning their own arcade machines. The scale is just about perfect; 3/4 size makes it on the money in terms of playability but just enough to allow you to get away with one being a permanent feature of your man cave.A few grumbles around the choice to use the notoriously difficult SSF2T romset which is practically unplayable against the computer, that there are no scanlines on screen which does ruin the nostalgic feel and the volume is either off, loud or "Sweet Baby Jesus,the neighbors are now deaf too".The plan is to now Hyperspin mine with a raspi which really does give you the perfect home arcade setup for anything pre 1995. I'd love to see the US only pinball tables in the UK lineup soon too.Highly recommended!

Bought this to modify and at a great offer price. Great bit of kit well made and designed. If this price was this low i would no doubt have more in my collection. Great for modding with a Raspberry Pi so you can have a lot of games.

Absolutely amazing, but the joystick broke after 2 days of very light use. Returned for refund as I didn't want to find out the hard way if it was a one off.Hellish to repackage.

Arrived super quick, easy to put together, perfect condition and bloody awesome to play!!!

Got the utem fast. The outer box was a mess. I wrote the seller who contacted me back within 12hours and no issues. Looked inside everything is secure with a strong foam material. No damage to anything even though it looks like delivery played soccer with it. Definitely would recommend this product from this seller

Das Gerät sieht super aus und ist sehr gut verarbeitet.Das spielen macht richtig Spass und es kommt ein Spielhallen Feeling auf.Ich würde unbedingt den Riser dazuempfehlen (auf dem Foto unten) da das Gerät sonst sehr klein ist.
