finding a safe not -made- in -china bath duck has proven VERY difficult! These 3 are very expensive, but, very cute! That they are made in the USA is the biggest draw for me, the difference between the colors is a bit surprising. The yellow duck we received is firm, almost hard plastic. the blue one is soft and squishy. no mention of the different firmnesses in the descriptions. And these get thrown in the dishwasher once in awhile if they go outside! At least bathtime is as fun as it was 30 years ago, with these cute, all the same size, duckies.....would buy again...we have all 3 different duckies.

Baby loves this toy! He likes it better when he is not in the bath which is fine. I got it for him when he was 7 months old. I love that it is latex free and mold free. Latex causes a lot of issues including lowering testosterone in boys plastic toxicity. Love that it is made in the USA with pride! High quality and I do not shudder when he chew it like those 'other' plastic toys. Really folks ditch the plastic as much as you can. It is hurting your baby.

So glad I found this. It's the perfect little duck for my little one. No holes to trap mold and its made in the USA! I have been searching for safely made products and its so hard to find USA made items, so I am happy I came across the good duck!

Wahoo for a Made in USA Rubber Ducky! I had purchased another rubber ducky a couple of years ago for my older son when he was a baby. That one was made in Spain and was made of actual rubber. It was okay, but I decided to search for a better rubber ducky when my second son was born. The CelebriDuck is better than our old duck for a couple of reasons:It's made in the US. As far as I can tell, this is the only made in US rubber duck out there. Spain is better than China, but overall I'll always prefer items made in the good ol' US of A.It's made of medical grade silicone. Our other ducky is natural rubber and natural paints, but I prefer the no silicone and no paints on this duck since it's going in my son's mouth.It floats upright!! Our other duck always falls over.There is NO air hole at the bottom. Yeah, it doesn't squeak, but I also don't have to worry about mold growing like I do with my other duck.Anyway! My son (6m) has fun chewing on this duck, and I feel good about him putting something in his mouth that I know is safe.Update: I pulled out our old rubber ducky to give to my 7m old...and I will say he likes to chew on that one even more than the CelebriDuck. I'll just be keeping it out of the water :)

PROS:1) Phthalate and BPA free2) No holes which would lead to mold and mildew growing inside.3) Made in USACON:My only gripe is that it does not stay upright like all the other rubber duckies I've bought. It starts out upright but inevitably ends up on its side much too easily. I am constantly picking it up to put it upright. Maybe if they would make it a little heavier at the bottom, it would fix the problem.

We have two because our LO loves them at bath time (and after bathtime). We got one for our house and then went and visited family. It became exceedingly clear that it was a required bathtime item. Rather than move them around (and risk forgetting) we just got another one.I like it because I really don't worry about her chewing on it or what might be growing inside it like other has-a-hole bath toys. So for us, this turned out to be a no brainer.

After seeing some of our 8 month old's bath toys grow mildew in them, I threw them all out and ordered The Good Duck. We love it and so does our son! He is teething and loves to chew on it and I love not having to worry that there's any toxins or mildew in his mouth. We recently took it in the pool with us too and our boy just loved it. Great safe bath toy!

Our dog loves this duck and it has lasted for several years. Real rubber, not plastic. He is so gentle with it but it has withstood being tossed and caught it his mouth hundreds of times, Its also withstood floating in circles in the pool with him reaching down to catch it when it came around.
