I take one in the morning and one before bed to keep my seasonal allergies somewhat under control. It works just as well as Zyrtec without the nasty ingredients and withdrawal symptoms if you stop taking it. I also have pruritus and this really helps with that and eczema itching. I was using this brand and ran out. So, while I was waiting for my order to arrive, I switched to my backup stock which was a different brand and was nettle root, not leaf.
