PTC 11 Inch Egyptian Sobek Mythological God Resin Statue Figurine

I have many statues to Lord Sobek and saw this one that was truly different than all the others I have.I had read some reviews on here that said there statue had arrives damaged but I so wanted this statue I was willing to take the chance (I also have done some light resin crafting/repair so felt if he WAS damaged I would be able to fix him).Lord Sobek arrived in Illinois UNDAMAGED and he is the centerpiece on my Egyptian altar. I love the quality, he has a good heft and quality to him. The paint job was meticulous and beautifully done.I can only talk about MY experience with this shop and the product and it was 5 stars all around. Thank you, thank you~

Statue isn't broken. Came in perfect packaging. It's a bit pricey but it is also a large statue.Statues of Sobek are so hard to find. I am happy with this product.

You won't be disappointed!! Beautifully hand crafted piece..... My son loves anything that involves with Egypt and it's rich history and artifacts. We are collecting all statues. This is the fourth one :)

Sadly I didn't read any reviews before ordering this. The figure looks impressive, but I don't know if there is even one that will be received intact. The first one arrived with the headdress broken, and one of the snake heads was broken from that broken piece. I had it returned to Amazon, and the replacement came also with the headdress broken, although in one piece. So I decided to glue it, but my repair was less than perfect.I don't know what would make it arrive in such condition, as both times the box was intact. So either these are being sold broken, or is there someone in the warehouse that is not being careful (or damaging these out of spite?)

The image is appropriately strong visually and stands well in the Pantheon on Egyptian Gods assembled in our living room.But all was not well with the crocodile: The package was undamaged--even pristine--but Sobek's headdress was broken off. Rather than fuss with the return/replace cycle (especially since I have no reason to believe the next one would arrive in better condition), I chose to judiciously apply "Super Glue." The result is satisfactory. If not for the damage, the score would be 5 stars (yes... there is separate packaging feedback, but how many potential buyers actually review that?).Be ready to perform minor repair when you open your box of croc.
