Nice product, no instructions but here's how to connect it up.
Wiring:Terminal 1: Supply V+ (8VDC to 24VDC)Terminal 2: Supply Ground - Do not link to any other wire.Terminal 3: Counter Ground.Terminal 4: Counter Reset - link to Counter Ground to reset the counter to zero.Terminal 5: Switch pulse signal? (I didn't use this).Blue wire: Link to Counter Ground to increment the counter.Black wire: Link to Counter Ground to decrement the counter.If a relay is used to increment the counter, contact bounce can give incorrect counts.This effect can be reduced by connecting a 0.1uf capacitor between Counter Ground and the count (Blue/Black) wires.

Bei Beachtung der Anschlussvorschrift funktioniert das Gerät einwandfrei, zählt auf - und abwärts.Übersetzung der Anschlussvorschrift:1 Versorgungsspannung positiv ( bis 12 V geprüft )2 Versorgungsspannung ground3 Signal ground4 Reset des Zählers bei Verbindung mit Signal Ground5 nicht benutzt, Funktion unklar6 Zählimpuls aufwärts, Blauer Draht gegen Signal Ground7 Zählimpuls abwärts, Schwarzer Draht gegen Signal GroundDie Anschlüsse 1 bis 5 werden über das beiliegende 5 polige Kabel angeschlossen, 6 und 7 sind fest eingelötet.Der Zählerstand wird auch bei Ausfall der Betriebsspannung gespeichert

Angeschlossen an einem 9V Block. Nach 30 sek. war Schluss... Rückerstattung problemlos. Muss diesen Schrott jetzt noch entsorgen, da keine Rücksendung...Finger weg von dem Müll...
