Q: Will this fit a 2000 328i with sport suspension?

I would not go with these if your car has sport suspension...I have bought and installed these on an 2003 bmw 330i w sport suspension. part numbers are different for non-sport and sport on the fronts, but these rear part numbers are the same. Interesting because the spring rates for non-sport are different in both front and rear than the sport. That said, the rears are bouncy, and not comfortable. I am looking up bilstein b4 and they have different part numbers for the sport vs non-sport at all four corners.

Q: Do these come with installation instructions?

Yes. They come with some picture diagrams. No narrative. But to be honest the best instructions are to repeat what you did for removal of the old shock.

Q: Bought a pair of this for my 330ci. It rides well for ordinary drive. It gets some kind of metal noise when passing bump. Some parts are lousing?
