FreewatersUnisex-Adult 3 Point Flip-Flop

My husband works a very physically demanding job and is on his feet all day. He also has foot problems (fallen arches) and in general just has tired, worn out feet. He loves to put these on around the house at the end of the day, he says they provide huge relief. They seem very well made and I expect they will last quite a while. I think they run a bit big though, or the strap has stretched out a bit. He said next time he wants to order 1/2 size smaller.Updated review: After owning these a little bit over a year, and without rugged use (they basically sat in the closet and came out only in the summer time), one of the straps ripped out of the sole. This was disappointing since he just wore them around the house and walking around outside. Never took them hiking or did anything strenuous in them. We definitely thought they would last a lot longer.

I wanted to like these but as another reviewer said, they don’t line up with your foot correctly. The thong part is not centered which makes your heels slide to the inside of the flip flop. I returned and ordered a different size to see if maybe it was just a defect on my first order. I ordered a total of 4 pairs and they were all the same. The sneaker like rubber soles are nice and I bet they will last a while. They are very comfortable too. But none of that matters if your foot doesn’t stay on. Also the sizes are too exact. I wear a 10 and my foot had almost no room at the toes and heel. Recommend ordering a size bigger if you still decide to get these.

I really wanted these to work, since before they were Freewater I had two pairs of Thermorest flip flops. But the treads got slick/smooth, so I have to get a new pair to be safer from slipping. At first I tried my usual size 9, and they were way too small, tiny even. So now I have received the size 11 pair, and the anchor spot of the strap lines up with my index toe (toe next to my big toe). It would be much better for that strap to be at the space between these two toes. The apparent misplacement of the center strap causes my heels to be half way off to the inside. From now on I think I will only be buying flip flops that I can try on first.

I’ve been wearing freewaters for years, but these are the best ones yet.1) fit. Amazing arches and shape help me stand a bit straighter and my arches don’t hurt at the end of a big day2) Materials. They must have spent a bunch of time sourcing the goods here, obviously thermarest is a proven midsole, but this rubber sole is the bees knees.

These Freewater sandals are the most comfortable flip flops I have ever owned. They say they are going to bring them back out soon. I certainly hope so, I would be a customer for life.
