6KLED BK1002 Custom Roll Cage Bracket for 32" Light Bar RZR 1000 models (Made in USA)

I ordered the complete kit for my Polaris RZR 900S from Amazon. MICTUNING 32" 180W 3B239C Curved LED Light Bar, Over head Mounting Brackets that attach to roll cage, PN: 6KLED BK1002 and Wire Harness, MICTUNING LED Light Bar Wiring Harness.Ordering these parts made assembly quick and easy. My buddy came over to help me install the light bar on my RZR 900S. About 2 hours later and a six pack of Miller Lite, the job was complete and working perfectly!!I really expected much less than I received from Amazon for less than a hundred bucks. My local Polaris dealer had two options for me that cost between $200.00 for just a light bar with no mounting hardware or wire harness and $600.00 for an OEM Polaris light bar kit which included everything I purchased from Amazon.I would recommend this light bar kit to anyone who owns a Polaris RZR 900S.If you can't tell from my review, I am very please with this purchase from Amazon.Aldo!

This bracket works great and it's easy to install. I found that you do not need to own a RZR 1000 or a RZR 900 S for this bracket to work. I own a 2016 RZR 900 Trail and it installed and work for my light bar installation very easily. I believe this bracket will work on all models of the 2016 RZR's as their role cages are all the same, so your not limited to just the two models that were shown on the listing.

The perfect bracket for a rzr light bar. However, be prepared to have a really tight fit. This isn't as easy as it seems. If you are like most and you are a self installer but handy with tools.... you can get this done in an hour. But without a second person, you will need to get creative.... or really upset and take a hammer to it. Either way it holds a light and works as promised.

Makes the installation of a light bar pretty easy, only complaint is the brackets have a slight outward angle to them and do not have the locking ribs that light bars have. I had to crank down the mounting bolts to the point where i thought i was going to strip out the bar. But so far, it's survived a ride!

Tried 3 different kinds of light bar mounts. These are by far the best. I have a 14 RZR XP 4 1000 and these mounts are the most solid. Only con is that if you're using, or want to use a full windshield, these won't work unless you made some modifications to the windshield somehow. I have a half windshield so no issues for me.

I like the cleaner installed look it provides vs. another brand I tried. It can be a bit challenging to install as my Rzr has a couple of years and about 1000 miles worth of use on it, thus the front portion of the upper roll cage, pops out of position when the bolts are removed. It began an exercise to line up the light bar brackets with the roll cage horizontal bar and the A-Pillar post holes.

Used these to mount a 32" curved light bar on my 17 RZR S1K. Simple install, after loosening all the upper roll bar hardware. Great product!!

Installed on a 2016 RZR XP 1000 with a Polaris aluminum roof. Brackets were a bit tricky to get lined up and bolts though installed, but once on, the light bar fits very nicely under the Polaris roof.
