Definitely not like the picture
Since the pillow was not as fluffy as the photo, I decided to open the case to see what was inside. This product was stained, misshapen and not as fluffy as the photo. Looked like old blood, sweat stains and grease.

If made better this would be perfect
Pro: Most comfortable I've tried, fills the gap well and the extension makes it more evenCon: Smashed and squeezed in the middle by the tape to ship so totally deformed. Cheap plastic on the sides and since it doesn't fill out properly after the shipping it looks very sloppy. The elastic which goes around the head rest went slack immediately.If I could find one with the same form, I would send these back, but I can't, so I am keeping them - but be warned!

Wrong ergonomic, instead of taking off neck pressure it started to hurt my shoulders. Test for 13 hour drive so not impressed
