DECORA 4 Rolls 1/2" by 120 Yard Dark Green Floral Tape for Stem Wrap DIY Floral Craft and Arrangement Supply

I used this tape to make bouquets for my wedding. I watched a few videos on YouTube (from professional florists) about how to properly build a bouquet and apply floral tape. I had no issues with this tape. I would buy it again and would recommend it to others. Based on my experience, I would wager to say that any low ratings are more likely due to user error/not understanding how to use floral tape properly (e.g., it is not sticky until you stretch it) than they are due to poor product quality.

I know some reviewers said it's all in the technique, but I've been using floral tape for 25+ years so I know this product is defective. A gentle pull and stretch is all that is needed to activate the tackiness in a floral tape but this one did not stick to itself, it didn't matter if I pressed, smashed the end together. And forget the glue gun, the waxiness of the product made the glue pop right off. I ended up sealing the ends with an old green floral tape I had laying around for years, and that worked just fine but I didn't get the result I wanted with the white stem for a wedding. Total waste of time and money, even to make the trip to UPS to return the item!

The tape tore easily and did not stick well. I was working with silk flowers and tape was essental to enlongate and create stems for many of the flowers I was using. Fortunately I also had a wrap for the bouquet and was able to hot glue it to the stems which helped make up for the lack of adhesion in the final product. However, it was quite frustrating to work with while building the bouquet.

One of the reviews indicated this was the FloraTape brand and to accept no substitutes.What I received was not the FloraTape brand and I think it was a substitute. Is not sticky whether or not you stretch it. Does not stay on floral stem. Glad I ordered in advance of the wedding so I have a chance to find something that works.

I'll be honest: I know nothing about floral tape or pretty much anything to do with flowers. That said, I wasn't about to spend well over $100 for a couple of prom bouquets. So, I used this to make my own. It's not terribly sticky, which made it difficult to wrap at first, but it did hold up well throughout the entire event. I wrapped cut flowers in the tape and then in satin ribbon with pins. The bouquets were beautiful overall, and I'm happy with the product.

I've been a professional florist for 35-years and have never used tape that was this bad. I ran out of Oasis tape at the last minute and couldn't get it in time from my regular supplier. Amazon Prime got me the tape on time but it did not stick properly and would tear very easily. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for" and this stuff is not worth even the low price. There's a reason why real professional floral tape is much more expensive.

I like the amount of adhesion with this floral tape. I'm glad I could purchase 4 rolls at once, too, and it was convenient to order online. Didnt have to go to the craft store, which is 25 minutes away.This floral tape is of good quality and saved me a trip to the store. Thanks!

This floral tape was really difficult to use. It didn't stick to itself well and was so frustrating. I had just come off of a project where I used a different kind and I found that one a no-brainer, while this one just made the job more difficult. :(

I found that wetting it helped. It works for boutonnieres because you use a pin. It wraps easily, and is easy to use, but it's not sticky.
