I've been using this for a while now, and it is a very good product. The portable 10 - key sits right at the height of my 65% mechanical keyboard and it is very easy to transition between them. The keys are mechanical, and make a bit of noise (which I like). It pretty much stays where it's put. When the numlock is on, the numlock key lights a subtle red, which isn't distracting. There's a handy calculator button (fn + escape/calculator) that brings up a calculator on windows -- a nice touch. It's my first such device and I've nothing to compare it to, but it hasn't any glaring faults.Only criticism is that there is no carry case for it so I had to go looking for one. Also, the issue that a few others have mentioned having to do with it's slow wakeup from its low-power state is true, but hardly more than a mention after using it for a while. If I haven't hit the keys for a while I just toggle the numlock off/on and it's ready to go.

I would not recommend this num-pad for gaming at all. However, its perfectly fine for basic spreadsheet and computer work. The only flaw I have found thus far is that occasionally, it seems to double tap on the #2 key. I find this to happen in frequently, and since I am only using this for basic data entry and excel work, its not that annoying to me. HOWEVER, given it seems to be a repeat issue with numerous reviews, it may sway your decision.Otherwise, I think this is a great simple option for adding a bluetooth keyboard. I did not need any additional dongle, it connected without a problem to my mobo BT in win10. I love that I was able to choose the MX-Cherry key types of my preference. Its not a $1000 custom keyboard, but its has perfectly suitable plastic construction and it does the job.

The construction seems sturdy. Like another review said, it does not come with a wireless dongle, because it is Bluetooth. So you need to have a computer that has Bluetooth for it to work.There is a horrible input lag, on the order of seconds. I start typing numbers into a spreadsheet and it takes a full 5 seconds or more for anything to appear. I suspect it is an issue with how the input polling works over Bluetooth. If you catch it at the right/wrong moment, the number pad will repeat the input (e.g., I ended up with a thousand "8"s when typing "486").Not worth the money. I will likely return it for some other model.

When it's awake, it's great, no complaints. Keys feel quite similar to the brown switches in my keyboard, which is what I wanted. It's a little tall, so you may want a wrist rest.But, if you don't use it for a little while and it goes to sleep, waking it up is sloooooow. When you start typing on it, it takes anywhere from 5-20 seconds for it to wake up, reconnect, and then suddenly all those keystrokes appear at once. I use the numpad sporadically, mostly for entering codes from my work's authenticator app, and so the delay is frustrating. If you were going to use this regularly enough to keep it awake all the time, probably won't be an issue.I have the 2.4GHz wireless version for my desktop PC at home, and I would wholeheartedly recommend that over the Bluetooth version if you've got a USB-A port to spare. It wakes up immediately when I start typing (even after hours of not using it) and the first keystrokes appear with no perceptible delay.

Using this well designed and great Cheryl brown switch keyboard was a pleasure to punch in numbers to; BUT again, the many keys needed with a Mac are NOT there like a PERCENTAGE sign! Seriously flawed keystroke pathway to get to keys that should make data entry Faster NOT Slower. It has nice features like parantheses but the keystrokes used to get there are not productive when using Excel etc. Too bad, this keyboard has real potential. They should also make this with a USB wireless mini-short dongle attachment rather than JUST bluetooth to avoid delay and sleep modes. Heck - even adding a cable would be nice.

I replaced the keycaps to match the rest of my keyboard! I like using a 60% keyboard for must of my computer use, but as an accounting student there are many times when I miss having a numpad. Having this little numpad is so great, I can pull it out whenever I need it! Easy to set up and connect!

Numpad works. Extra function row is super handy. Switches are as advertised, but TONS of keycap wobble, if that matters to you (it didn't to me).I got this to use alongside a 65/75% keyboard for work as I do a lot of numpad entry. While it worked, it worked great.Just died tonight after 15 months. For $30, I feel like that's not great. If I knew this thing had such a short lifespan I would have looked elsewhere (Keychron, just use an Apple numpad, etc.)

Me ha funcionado muy bien, me encantó que los switches vienen lubricados de fábrica. La calidad para el precio que pagué por él es muy buena. No se compara con un teclado de alta gama en: peso, solidez del chassis, personalización por software y doble sello (double gasket) que absorba las vibraciones al teclear. Sin embargo, los switches gateron son de alta calidad. Lo recomiendo totalmente para personas que no requieren baja latencia y no les sea un problema el utilizar pilas AAA.

i love the blue gateron sound and the wireless bluetooth feature. Works as expected except that when it goes to sleep after 1 hr of inactivity, i hv to on/off again to activate it.
