They get too hot .. the longer you wear them. I have had to removed after an hour or so. Be very careful too if taking bath/shower as even after latch removal the skin burns when in contact with warm water. I have had similar patches that have not been as strong but as effective for the pain.

Good pain relief, but don't stay on as well as other brand. One fell off while walking. Very comforting. On another occasion, took off to take a bath and stung badly in water.

These patches are very easy to use very sticky which is good as they don't come off they did help my knee pain really well,only downside is I had mine on for 10 hours and got in the shower after removing it and the area was really burning when putting warm water on it had to moisturise my knee but the burning went after half hour or so.

Quite easy to apply and use but be careful it can burn your skin if you wear them for too long

As effective as solanpas but left on to long makes skin extremely painful and uncomfortable. However it does really get to the source of pain a d can be used not just in the knees. Do not wear in bed! Value for money and eased my extremely painful arthritis and is helpful because you runt need to take pain killers too so it's a healthy positive option. I recommend.
