A page turner
I like a new perspective on a story and I like how the characters interact with a hoarder who has mental issues. Totally worth reading!

Not much fun. College students don’t seem to find
79 Sycamore Ave. Mr. Wainwright was now deceased.Palmyrton, NJ. Audrey Nealon (33, UVA, mathematics) was hired to get rid of his valuable antiques. An estate sale would be an ideal thing.Ramon (15, illegal immigrant), Ty Griggs (asst.) & Jill were helping with the cleanup of the unwanted items. What was found in an empty Progresso soup can? What happened to Ramon Esevachia? The next sale was for Harold Willowby (petroleum engineer, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, MIT).Elizabeth Haverford (property mgr.), & Nora Phieffer (Harold’s niece) would let Audrey & her crew what they expect from them.He had some priceless Confederate Civil War letters written from General Robert E. Lee to President Jefferson Davis (William C. VanderMere, Historical Artifacts). He had 100’s of Civil War books (Bruce Catton, Jeff Shara). Why was Detective Sean Coughlin (Palmyrton PD, divorced) looking for Ramon?Carter Lemoine appraised some of the antiques. What was Bernadette McMartin (neighbor) campaigning about?Does Phoebe Castleton (nee Marchand) have a dark side to her?Wow, I worked with several hoarder’s in my past social work field.Notify the city to bring a huge green dumpster, set it in the yard, & find funding & hire PPL to come& dump/clean the place up. Not much fun. College students don’t seem to find.& I thought I found a true love recently & went to her house to pick her up for dinner OMG her house was beyond belief. See you!I did not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing this book. While I receive free books from publishers & authors, I am under no obligation to write a positive review. Only an honest one.A very awesome book cover, great font & writing style. A very well written thriller book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great thriller movie, or better yet a mini TV series. A very easy rating of 5 stars.Thank you for the free ebooksdaily; Amazon Digital Services LLC; bookTony Parsons MSW (Washburn)

Bio-hazard estate cleaning
A frequent customer of Estate Sales is Harold, who always shows up on a bike and drags things away always saying I can use this. So does it surprise anyone when the niece of Harold shows up begging for help cleaning out his home. So while Jill is sure they are going to find a real treasurer, Audrey isn't so sure. Meanwhile the romance between Audrey and Sean is heating up.

Fairly entertaining
A well written book with several intriguing characters. It was somewhat entertaining and worth reading. It was the type of book that you could lay down and come back in a couple of days.

Well Written, Fun, Surprises, Great Characters….
….all one could ask for in a grown up mystery! I have read the first two books in this series ( this is the second book) and I intend on reading the rest. I, enthusiastically, recommend.

Great read
This is the second book I’ve read in this series. Both were well written and cleverly presented. The plot grows from the beginning and incorporates so many different ways it could come to a conclusion. The characters are very well rounded and the story so well written I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed this book. If you love a good mystery that keeps you entranced and speculating until the end, then these books are just what you’re looking for.

Twists and turns
Lots of twists and turns to the plot in this book. Really keeps you guessing how everything will turn out.The characters are quite an eclectic group. Some people are trying to help Audrey, the main character, to help save her business; others are going out of their way to destroy it.Audrey herself is trying to help her employees stay safe and out of jail. One is trying to save a mentally ill man from losing his house, and another is trying to save an illegal alien from being arrested as a thief and a murder suspect.Audrey is also very confused about how she feels about her relationship with a Cop, and the Cop is trying to keep Audrey safe, and solve the murder case at the same time.Life for all of these people certainly gets complicated!

An excellent read for a train commute
Getting very involved in Audrey, Sean and Ty's life now. A good mix of everyday life and interesting experiences with a sprinkle of romance.

🤔
Before I start I havent read the first book in this series, didn't realise to begin with it was a series. I just blindly jumped into the book lol.Ok so I really really found the main character Audrey hard to like. I found her very standoffish and very argumentative for the sake of it. Most times in my eyes for no reason whatsoever ever, but a wee bit into the book you start to understand kind of why and I think if I had read the first book maybe I'd know better why she's like that 🤷‍♀️.The premise of the story was very intersting and took a wee 2hile to get into though and I will admit I almost gave up on it a couple of times but glad I persevered.
