Magnum Target 12x20 IDPA AR500 Gong Shooting Target - 3/8in Rifle Target - 2pc. Steel Target

I searched all over this site and other sites and firmly believe this is the best steel targets for the money. Make sure the size is what you want, but these work great.I've shot these with a 9mm pistol at close range and I suspect I could shoot a million rounds into the target without an issue. At 12 yards and a 9mm, I do not think you could ever wear out this target. At 100 yards (which is less than the mfg recommends), a .223 (5.56) makes a barely noticeable pit in the steel. At the recommended distance of 150 yards, there is no damage to the steel at all with a .223 (5.56) round. A 180 grain .30-06 makes a barely noticeable pit in the steel at 150 yards. I expect this target to last a very long time, even with a heavy rifle caliber.The targets make a nice ping when you hit them. I could easily hear the ping at 150 yards, despite me wearing strong ear protection.

Great price, really fun to shoot. Shot them with a hard cast 44 mag, zero damage. They come painted white with no writing on them. Bought a hanger and built the stand out of 2 by 4’s.

First steel targets ive purchased and well worth it. Easy to hang, thick durable steel( shot .22 to 8mm) hardly any dents. Easy to paint over and great silhouette. I recommend this to all shooters.

Awesome targets. I hung them at a slight angle to deflect fragments downward. .380 and 9mm FMJ at ranges from 15 to 25 yards just left dust on the paint, no denting. .223 at 100 yards, no problem, just a slight shiny mark. No dents or divots that you can get with softer steel. I haven't tried anything larger diameter yet.

Excellent Targets at a very good price!We shot one at 100 yards with standard factory Winchester 55gr .223 out of a 16" barrel AR15shot several magazines and went down to check out the target. Target was not ruined at all.Make sure it is able to swing freely and is at a slight down angle. this is with all AR500 targets

So far these have been shot with 9mm,40sw, 45acp ,.223,.300blackout,.243,.308, and 12ga slugs and nothing has went thru or damaged these targets. A .223 fmj leaves a little dimple but you cant even feel it with your hand! I just keep respraypainting them!

Great product. Mounted up well, but required some finishing work. But I expected that at the price that they were offered.

Great sound and visual for long rang shooting! Will buy more!
