misleading product
granted its thick metal with nice rounded edges and i'll use it for now BUT1. it took over a month to get to me2. it hangs from a thin metal clip that i'll have to cut off, it will not stand up to my growing dogs activity.3. The engraving is inset with a peach ink which is ugly and misleading. its black in all the pictures text.4. The gemstones are misleading and look nothing like the jewels in the pictures. They are cheap plastic pyramids with no cut sparkling facets.I cannot recommend this product, its not worth the money and i wont be buying future products.

Like a mullet - tidy in the front but unkempt in the back
The front is cute but the engraving is shoddy and they mis-spelled my city name.

Very small clasp and flimsy hardware
Very cute tag. Purchased to make it easy to move from one collar to another. The clasp is VERY small! It does come with 2 small rings, but it would be helpful if the clasp was slightly larger to fit a normal ring on a collar, as we have multiple collars and harnesses. However, on the 2nd wear (and she only wears it during a walk) the tag fell off the chain...and is no where to be found.

Nice item but not done correctly
Totally loved the little dog tag! But our zip code was engraved incorrectly. When we asked for an exchange or a refund, we were told that they only put on it what was sent to them. If the quality was good then they cant refund us! We just wanted to send it back in exchange for it to be corrected! Well they put the correct "zipcode" to mail it to us?? But not on the tag! I would have posted a pic but then it shows our info.What a shame because we love the tag!

That didn't last long
Well less than a week after I put this on my dog's collar it's gone. The clasp snapped off the tag. Looked all over my house nowhere to be found. Its probably outside in a snowbank.

Hardware fell apart within 48 hours. The attaching ring actually stuck in my dog. I ordered two at the same time and both fell off due to the terrible quality of the hardware. Amazon contacted the seller on my behalf but received no reply They kindly refunded the purchase price but it speaks poorly of the vendor. Truly not worth the money if the vendor fails to stand behind their products.

Chip made
Product is looking good but has so little and chip attachment to the collar . I use the old one for my dog . Sapphire on the center of paw was lost on first day of wearing. Not worth money that I spend .

Excellent
Cute and customisable. The only thing I would change is the ring it comes with (but use your own), as we briefly lost the tag at dog park after typical wrestling play that my dog engages in.
