Ok, but doesn’t last
Doesn’t mix well with the alcohol, so at first you mostly get the liquid and no chalk. After a few uses and lots of shaking you can get a decent consistency but it frequently blocks up and you end up removing the cap and just shaking it into your hand. When it goes on though it dries quickly and gives good coverage. Think I will try another brand next time..

Great for heavy lifting!
Ideal for training heavy when grip can be a big issue

Terrible "liquid" chalk
This is by far the worst liquid chalk I ever used. It is more of a weirdly thick paste than normal liquid chalk. It can sort of still be used by putting way more chalk than needed as spreading on the hand is very hard. Also, as soon as the bottle is half empty, there's no way to get out the remaining paste as squeezing the bottle doesn't push it out. It's a shame this chalk is so terrible because I like The Beast brand.

Liquid chalk
Very easy to use item and had a great brand backing behind it! Simply pour some onto your hands or onto the item you wish to have a little more grip on and it will instantly turn from liquid into a chalk. Great for gym workouts, especially weights! Stops your hands getting sore and the tub will go a long way :)

Not the best liquid chalk I've used
I was excited to give this liquid chalk a go after having been impressed by some deadlifting straps and wrist wraps by Alpha Designs (and branded by Eddie 'The Beast' Hall) recently.I'm a crossfitter, so my reason for using liquid chalk is to combat the amount of sweat that can end up on my hands during weightlifting movements such as snatches, cleans, etc... especially during metcons.Unfortunately, I've found this chalk to be a bit of a pain. After giving it a good shake, I found that the only thing I could get out of the bottle at first was water/oil. Despite shaking it again and again, I couldn't get any chalk out. It was just this clear watery-mixture with the odd bit of dried chalk in it.In the end, I resorted to using a screwdriver to mix it up a bit and I now can get it out of the bottle by shaking it like a ketchup bottle and squeezing it, but I find it to be quite a bit thicker than liquid chalk I've used in the past and just a bit of a chore to use at this point.Once you do get it out, as you can see from the photos, the coverage and grip is very good.Overall, I don't think I will be picking this up again. Looking at other reviews, it seems I'm the only person to have experienced this to date - so perhaps I got unlucky with a batch that hadn't been mixed properly, but I wanted to give my honest impression of the product I received.

Great Stuff
My partner is really pleased with this as much less messy than his previous one as this dries pretty quick and gives really good grip for better performance when lifting. The 250ml should last a while so not bad value either and would recommend.
