I purchase these to put up a hand rail for a disabled family member. So far they are holding up well.

They work
As a bracket they work nicely, only reason I didn't give it a 5 start rating is that the decorative collar doesn't sit well and I needed to use silicone to keep them in place.Otherwise they work well.

I purchase these for the exterior back side of a house for all of them rusted.
This company will not respond to my email request. All of the stainless steel brackets rusted.Stainless is not supposed not rust.

How do you install?
Maybe I am missing something but it appears there is no way to secure the black circular wall screw cover to the base plate where the screws are. It just hangs on the post loose. Not a good design. Looks like the manufacturer didn't think of that. So be aware. I think I will try double sided tape. Very poorly designed. Hope it holds the rail and minimal hand wait or I will be returning.

These would be great value, and the product is sturdy, but all the curved support are welded off-angle... making them almost useless. Darn it.

These brackets keep breaking at the welds. Complete junk!
