Excellent Choice for my 1st Roast
The media could not be loaded. Glad I picked a local company (In GA) for my 1st roasting experience. Taste is great and roasting to medium was effortless.

Good taste and smell
My husband likes this coffee. He said the taste was perfect. It also smells really good! The price is a good deal for the size of the bag.

I like it.
This was purchased to try roasting my own beans. Thanks to YouTube I found I could roast at home and it's easy. I can't compare these beans to other origin or companies, but I had good results for my first time. The taste is more interesting. I used the burner on the side of my barbeque, outside to avoid smoke in the house, with a stainless-steel frying pan and wisk to stir it all. It worked great and no electric cost. I will buy again from this company buy try a different origin just to test the difference. It has plenty of caffeine but not overboard for me.

NEW ACTIVITY FOR US
I've been reading the coffee house mysteries by Cleo Coyle. Her business includes roasting different coffee beans and making coffee many different ways. So I got interested in coffee roasting and different types of brewing. Tarrazu from Amazon was the first coffee bean we tried to roast. We really liked Tarrazu before so thought it a good starting place. Our first batch over a camp stove outside was barely roasted enough to smell or taste like coffee. The second batch was better, but we hit the mark on our third batch. It tasted like coffee! Since then we have roasted 3 batches in an air popper in the garage. We have used the French press and Chemex pour over methods; all have met our expectations. Will probably be ordering again since it's our best luck; we are also ordering other types of coffee beans - Tarrazu best so far! PS We also invested in a good burr grinder - from Amazon of course.
