excellent
removes shine without dulling skin. I am always on the lookout for ways to control my oily skin, but powder causes my rosacea to flare up. this is perfect, doesn't irritate skin while tamping down oil.

Beautiful package, ok product
I’m certainly not a makeup expert but at this price I would expect this setting powder to work better than my cheap drugstore powder. I cannot really say that it does. I haven’t noticed much difference in what this powder does, but I have noticed it makes my skin look a little more pale and dull than other powders. I still had shine on the t-zone after wearing it for a few hours. I don’t hate the product, but it’s not some miracle worker.I’d say the packaging is really the star of this powder. The compact comes in a nice box and was wrapped in tissue paper with a “Rodin” sticker affixed to the edges (so fancy!). Inside the compact is a nice mirror and a sheet of branded plastic protecting the product. There is a marked absence of an application brush or sponge. Anyone who spends more than $20 on a pressed powder likely has proper tools anyway. But in case you thought they just didn’t show it in the product description, there’s definitely nothing included to apply it.That’s pretty much it for me. An ok product with a beautiful presentation. I’d much rather carry this around in my bag than most compacts.

My favorite!
Okay I love this stuff. Yes it is a bit pricey for finishing powder, but I'm telling you, the translucent is absolutely beautiful and it gives your skin a nice, smooth matte. I tried it both over and under blush, and either way, it works. Over, it mutes it a bit, but I kind of like that look. It is silky smooth, does not cake in my fine lines and wrinkles, and is not at all dusty. Probably my favorite finishing powder I have ever used.

Matte but not cakey
This setting powder is unlike any I've tried. It's very packed into the pan but does not come off easily. If you were wanting to bake, this wouldn't be a good choice, but if you just want a light, even layer of powder to set your makeup without it looking cakey, this is perfect. Though it is white, it does not lighten your face or make you look sickly like some other translucent powders. This is a great setting powder and exactly what I was looking for.

Remove shine. Blurs pores and helps make them look smaller
This setting powder does its jobs as removing shine and setting makeup. It does blur pores and helps make them look smaller, but it does not make them disappear. I have medium skin and I do not notice it leaves any white cast on my face. I use a brush not a puff to apply so maybe that helps. It also works great on removing the shine after sunscreen. I sometimes use finishing powder even without wearing any makeups. I wear it under sunscreen so my face is not greasy or shiny.

Pretty Average Setting Powder
I'm usually a loose setting powder girl, I gave this a shot though. I have no experience with this brand, I've found some good K-beauty stuff on here before. The design of the packaging was interesting to me, even though it reminds me of a graphic design template for bourbon or something. It doesn't have a real lux vibe, in person seems a little cheap. The compact closes securely, but it's more or less plain with a flat sticker on top. There is a mirror inside. but no puff or anything like that. The formula is very firm to the touch, but it's not hard to pick up. You really don't want to over do it, as you can see from the built-up swatch on my hand it will look chalky if you use too much. I am extremely pale and even I could see it if I used too much. They do say it for light to medium skin tones, I would agree. As for the promises made about this powder, I find it to be a little lacking. I didn't not notice any blurring effects from this. Much less than my normal Laura Mercier translucent powder. It also is lacking in oil control. My skin is quite oily, this didn't help, I had to blot noticeably sooner than I normally do.Value wise, it's not terrible, less than a prestige brand but more than a drugstore brand where I think this would land quality-wise. It sets makeup, that's about it, nothing to write home about.

Excellent setting powder
A fine bristle brush works great with this setting powder. It works well without leaving a white hue
